BEWARE of buying from this company
BEWARE of buying from this company. They are incredibly dishonest.
I ordered and requested cancellation within hours, before the item shipped. Instead of cancelling, customer service asked why. I explained that I no longer wanted it.
Days later, they asked the same question again—as though they had never read my response. I repeatedly told them to cancel, multiple times. They shipped it anyway.
I was then led to believe I had to sign for the delivery.
After receiving the item, I immediately requested a return and full refund. That produced another round of questions and increasingly insulting offers: first 10%, then 15%, then 20%.
I repeatedly offered to send the item back. As of October 20, they still have not agreed to process the return and full refund.
The most revealing response was their offer of a 10% refund on the condition that “you don't leave us any feedback.”
Apparently, keeping this experience out of public reviews was worth discussing, while my straightforward return request went unresolved.
Shipping an unwanted order after repeated cancellation requests and then using shipping costs as an excuse to keep most of the money is outrageous.
Then I did of research and many websites (e.g. scamadvisors) flag this place as a scam.
Buyers beware!
