Nature’s Paw makes premium liquid collagen for dogs. Our Bio-Active 4 formula combines grass-fed beef collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid, biotin and vitamin C in a once-daily liquid you pour over food, so there are no pills to hide. It’s built around a simple idea: Restoration, Not Supplementation. Instead of masking itchy skin, dull coats or stiff joints, we focus on rebuilding the collagen dogs naturally start losing from around age two.

Customer service is great. I was asked to verify my address to make sure no apt.# was needed, etc. before my purchase is shipped out. Also was asked a few follow-up questions and even got a discount code to use for the next time!! Fingers are crossed this product will work!!!
First of all, Jess actually replied to an email I had sent & a concern of mine. That meant a great deal to me. She was not just an employee, she made me feel that she was there for me. I'll be back & hope to 'talk' to her again.
Quick 1 day response from Jess, kind and very helpful!
Thanks!
Jess was wonderful in addressing the issue that I had. She took care of everything for me, and she’s very kind.

Although my dog was not able to take the supplement, the representative that responded to my email was kind, courteous and helpful.
Jess was very helpful for my situation. He understood everything I explained to him and was able to fix the problem I was having with a product to my satisfaction. He replied to my question quickly and resolved the matter quickly. Thank you Jess!
I had a concern and it was corrected immediately.
Great service.
Jess was so nice and was quick to respond to my request.
Product seems to really help our 7 year old hairless terrior. After starting, within a couple weeks we noticed increased play as if she was half her age. Also customer service is awesome. They are very quick to respond and accommodating. Highly recommend!
got 2 older dogs and a little one all on it now. been about a month. they all like the taste and ive noticed a bit less scratching already but think the bigger stuff will take longer. planning to keep going, curious to see how it goes
easy to change no hassle
i had too much stacked up and asked to space my deliveries out instead of cancelling. got a reply within a few hours, they moved me to every 3 months, done. thank you Jess!
never seen a bowl so clean before. my dog loves the bacon flavor and putting it on his dry food gets him to actually eat it instead of waiting around for a topper. coat is so soft after only a couple days. hes way happier and less itchy too.
ordered tuesday had it the next week, easy. three weeks in and my girl has pretty much stopped going at her paws every night. will be reordering
