Had a non fault claim and spectra were very helpful fully explained everything to me and made the process very simple, got a hire vehicle the same day of the accident and all the staff were very helpful and efficient in giving me regular updates, would highly recommend

The process as a whole took a very long time. But that was at no fault to spectra drive.
They were very helpful and kept me up to date with what was happening.
Madison especially was brilliant. She went above and beyond to get me information and to push the claim through when I was getting frustrated. She was patient and understanding

Hire car taken before funds given by the third party, so being a single female my livestock were 7 miles from my home had to sleep rough to protect my livestock this insurance company has no idea, luckily I have friends to protect me, my advice is DO Not Trust them !!!!! EVER !!+

Spectra Drive were very helpful when delivering our courtesy car today, they kept us updated with arrival times & gave us a great selection of cars to choose from. Very happy with the service so far 😊

Spectra handled everything quickly and efficiently . They provided me with a great hire car and made me feel safe and taken care of .
Customer support always kept me in the loop and staff were very professional and courteous on the phone .

When originally recommended to Spectra I'll admit I was sceptical, I'm not the easiest customer to deal with and gave them a hard time as I thought there must be some hidden fees or a catch somewhere. But, after speaking with their support team I decided to give it a go.
I have to say that throughout my journey with Spectra I have been very, very happy with the level of service, information. I have been particularly impressed by the regular contact, even if the status of my claim hadn't changed I still received a call from the team to say they were working on it in the background. Cannot recommend them highly enough, thanks Spectra great service.

They got the job done eventually, so can’t fault them there. Communication was a little difficult. I had a different person replying to every email or call, and had to repeat questions many times before getting an answer.

Initially dealt with claim quickly and got a courtesy car out however the ar fault drivers insurance paid out 2 weeks ago and Spectra still have the payment. They haven't paid outstanding finance off which is now in arrears. Each time I ring for an update I'm given a new deadline for the payment but it doesn't materialise. The payment , my payment not being issued is preventing me from getting a new car and they won't help other than to advise "it's with accounts". So frustrating and extremely inconvenient to someone who needs a car for work.

Initially things very good. picked car up and got a coutesy car here the same day and got car assessed in a week and was happy with the valuation. From that point i was dissappointed as i found out my car had been taken 3 hours away from my address. It had only been assessed by photographs so i wasnt sure of the exact damage as i ideally wanted it back. Upon been paid out for my car it took a week for me to recieve my payment and the communication from them regarding getting the hire car picked up was poor to say the least.

The people I spoke to on the phone were incredibly helpful and answered every question I had no matter how stupid it was. They answer emails so quickly and also kept me updated throughout the process! Thank you so much

While feeling stressed after my accident, I felt reassured after speaking to the spectra drive team. They are all very friendly,Chenise who I spoke to mostly, was lovely, I felt my experience was hassle free. They did all the work. I would recommend them 💯 .

Spectacular in all respects I would say.

Spectra’s phone and car service were easily 5 star excellence but two odd emails undermined this, one requiring a car return in 5 days ( not actually needed) and another requiring 3 months of previous bank statements! (Again, not needed in the end. ) Both were handled well by phone.
