Fast shipping, phone is incredible! Honor magic v3 global. All a very good experience

All the wonderful service claims on Spectronic.ca appear to be a sham! They have not responded to my emails, messaging or phone calls. Answering service doesn't even identify the company!

I bought a redmi note 12 two months ago, because I knew xiaomi´s quality. My old phone is the redmi 8 and I have it since 2020. It just stopped working for me because of the memory. I saw good reviews about Spectronic in this website and decided to give it a try. No problems with the shipping, the phone was working perfectly. However, I was really unlucky and the cellphone fell from my pocket and the screen broke, it was still working, i could hear the alarms and my sin cards were intact, just the screen was destroyed. So I started trying to be in touch with spectronic to see if the "one year canadian warranty" could help me. However, I tried multiple times through the chat in the website, sending emails and calling them in different times of the day for nothing. More than one week and no one answered.

Arrived on time exactly as ordered, was a little skeptical because the website is pretty sus and they are not a actually a Canadian company. They eventually responded to my ticket, (after the third one I opened) and their package tracking also works. 4/5

Ordered an honor magic6 pro. They were very prompt and accurate with shipping and providing FedEx tracking info. Very responsive chat support on their website. Took about 10 days to ship from HK to Vancouver. Legit product and cost a lot less than bestbuy. Loving my new phone. Thanks.

Ordered Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra on Sunday June 8, received on second Monday June 17 (8 days after, phone was shipped in two days from Hong Kong). It came with a glass screen protector and a quite good transparent rubber case. The box was un-opened. Now everything is set up and the phone is working fine. Good experience with this seller.

This is my first time ordering a smartphone from this site so I was a bit nervous initially. However, the customer service always answers my questions right away and the phone was safely delivered to Canada by Fedex from Hong Kong. This is a great site to buy smartphones that are not commonly available in Canada, such as the Xiaomi phones. They sell international smartphones at a reasonable price.

Let me be the first to mention that the phone does not work as it should in Canada. Nowhere is even a snippet of explanation or note to consider buying it. I sent a message that I am dissatisfied and would like to return it; it is not a cheap toy. I have not received any response to my request for a return. Normally, if you buy something, there is always an opportunity to return the item if you are disappointed and dissatisfied.

I ordered a Xiaomi 14 Ultra from Spectronics. Originally I was a little nervous about making such an expensive purchase online from a store I'd never heard of before, but I must say I was not disappointed. The phone arrived almost a week earlier than the ETA. It was very well packaged, came with a weird looking charger but had a separate adapter that works on this side of the world. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to buy a phone from Spectronics.

Purchashed Xiaomi Mi 13T. Good place to buy electronic products from China that are not officially available in Canada. Received the phone in a safe package with a universal adapter for plugging in the charger. The seller provides one-year Canadian warranty. The order was shipped a bit later than expected but reached fast once picked up by the courier service. Overall good experience.
Room for improvement: 1. Products inventory is very limited and no stock for smartwatches. 2. Xiaomi has stopped including screen protectors in the box, would've ordered if knew before. 3. Found the same item for 10-20 CAD less on another online store after placing the order, but I believe the local warranty was very limited.
