Threatening and abusive company.
In April 2026 I purchased services to assisted with a traffic citation from this business. The man that called was very certain it would win my case if I paid $299 for a bunch for emailed instructions with guidance. I never spoke to an actual attorney. I went to court printed out all the documents like they said and lost! Once I contacted the company to tell them it didn’t work I was told I would get an $100 courtesy money back if I didn’t post any reviews and was threatened and demeaned and send multiple emails like many other say in all caps stating I would be sued if I post anything. “ WE DO NOT DO CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS. YOUR ONLY OTHER OPTION WILL BE A $100 REFUND VIA PAYPAL.
LET US KNOW IF THAT IS OK, AS THE PAYPAL REFUND WOULD BE SENT TO THE GMAIL ACCOUNT YOU HAVE BEEN USING, UNLESS YOU USE SOME OTHER EMAIL FOR PAYPAL (YOU WOULD NEED TO TELL US THAT EMAIL ADDRESS). I wish I never used this service. The only thing fake was advice this company gives you. Old case laws that do not work in court. They but the onus on you
Background: I live in Las Vegas but got a speeding ticket in a small county in Nevada and there was no local representation I was able to find. Speedticketbeaters was the only company that was willing to work with me so that was good.
The good and bad: They will answer your phone the first time to get you as a customer and then they prefer that you communicate by email and reserve phone calls as a last resort for any escalated issues. You get a bunch of PDF documentation on how to defend yourself. This is where your mileage may vary. Whenever I had questions, they were responsive and provided helpful information. I did just about everything that I could remember to defend myself but my memory is not perfect and instead of getting the points on my record, I was able to get the judge to reduce my citation to a non-moving violation so that there would be no points on my record. Per their documentation, if I had followed all of their advice, my ticket should have been dismissed. That's where I have a problem with their service. They put all the responsibility on you to "memorize" their documentation to win your case. I'd prefer if they could have had a representative join my zoom call with the judge to plead my case. Because I didn't use every angle of defense from their guidelines, I don't qualify for a refund. It's okay. I'm just happy I got out of my ticket without any points, even though I still owed the fine.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING FOR SERVICE
I want to clarify that this review is not about whether Speed Ticket Beaters’ legal services work or whether they have won cases. I fortunately did not purchase their service, so I am not reviewing their results. This review is about my experience as a potential customer and the way I was treated.
When they called me, it was clear this was not a genuine consultation. The representative was following what sounded like a scripted sales pitch, and I could barely get a word in to explain my situation or ask questions. I was immediately told that I was going to lose if I did not use their service, that there was essentially no way I could win without paying them, and that I could end up paying thousands more in court fees if I did not hire them. The conversation felt focused on fear, talking fast, and pressure rather than actually understanding my situation. They hung up on me in the middle of me speaking.
After the call, I received a long email that did not address my concerns. Instead, it focused heavily on negative reviews, threatened me if I posted criticism, and explained that the reviews are fake if they never used the service lol. The email stated that people should “think long and hard” about how much money they could afford to lose if they posted a review, referred to critics as “dumb people”, and stated, “We will take legal action and make you pay, much more money than you ever have, if you go posting a supposed "review" about us!” So here I am writing a review.
The fearmongering around reviews was extremely unprofessional. I have also noticed that this companies responses to reviews are the same repeated message claiming reviews are “fake”. They never actually address the customer service concerns being raised.
Potential customers should still be treated with professionalism and respect. Using the restaurant comparison the company continues to mention: you may not be able to judge the food if you never ate it, but you can absolutely judge the service you received before deciding to order. Customer service is a major part of the overall experience, and most people do not want to spend $300 on a service from someone who is rude, dismissive, and makes them feel pressured.

I received a call, from him, and he immediately started telling me that I'd lose the case without his help, that I should not hire an attorney, and that I needed to pay him 300$ right now so that I can send the email he's going to send me to the judge, it felt like a scam, and he was talking so fast that I couldn't even get a word in. When he was done with his script, it was silent on the phone for about 10 seconds, the he said, "you stopped responding so im gonna assume you don't want my help and you're gonna lose the case". I wasn't even responding in the first place. When I did respond I told him no that I didn't want to pay for he's services. he started to throw a tantrum, and said " fine you're gonna lose then, you gonna lose" then hung up the phone. After the phone call I received a bunch of emails saying the same things he said on the phone, then an email saying that i can't leave a review because i did not pay for he's services and that if i did "i better be prepared for that amount of money I'd be paying in court"
All the 1 star reviews here are 100% valid, and I'd bet 100$ that his "5 star reviews" are fake, they all seem to be from old men that the judge probably felt bad for and dismissed the case, he doesn't respond to the 5 star reviews, but if you leave a 1 star he has an automatic response for you.
This guy is a joke an a$$hole and a loser, id bet another 100$ that he's strategy is to keep pushing the case back until the cop doesn't show. Take your money somewhere else and hire an attorney.

I contacted this firm for a free consultation regarding a speeding ticket. I never hired them, so this review is only about my consultation and communications with the business. I am a teenager who was highly stressed and trying to understand my legal options. The person who answered the phone was fast speaking and in my opinion didn’t seem to care about me as a person. After the phone call, they sent me an email with a document (which I believe was intended to continue the intake process). I didn’t know if I wanted to continue as I was exploring legal options and getting advice on what I should do, I decided against going with their service and did not follow up. Which I then received a follow-up phone call on Thursday, I first received a call on 6/27. So it had been a couple of days. I misunderstood a question about whether I had opened a document they had sent. Before I could explain the misunderstanding, I was interrupted, to my knowledge I understood the representative to accuse me of being dishonest before I had the opportunity to explain the misunderstanding then I was left with the impression that they believed I would be found guilty. After the call, I sent a message expressing I felt deeply disrespected and blocked them. I then received a email shortly after and what was said truly made me feel intimidated and significantly more stressed out, they said “ BE WARNED: We do take very serious legal action against people who post reviews of this company without having used the service. You do not want to face the serious monetary damages that you will end up suffering from being on the losing end of that legal action. So, you better think long and hard about how much money you can afford to lose to us in court, if you're thinking about posting a review of this company. Because if all you did is spoke with or emailed us, but you did not buy/use our service in court... We will take legal action and make you pay, much more money than you ever have, if you go posting a supposed "review" about us!” This review reflects only my personal experience with the consultation process and subsequent communications. I never retained this firm, so I am not commenting on the quality of their legal representation. Based on how I was treated during my interaction with them and the email I received afterward, I would not choose to work with this firm or recommend them. Everyone’s experience may be different, but based on my own interaction, I left feeling dismissed, intimidated, and more stressed than when I first reached out for help. I believe potential clients should be aware of how my consultation and follow-up communications were handled before deciding whether to contact this firm.

This guy, don't even know his name, spoke so fast, like a scammed, regarding sending money. I did send money as I felt pressured. After he sent me paperwork I had a question and he 'yelled' at me in all caps. Not a good place if u need help with speeding ticket.
I did review the papers and determined that I would need additional help. But when I reached out the person yelled at me. Not any help there. So I determined I wouldn't use what I was sent. This is not a fake review, just Speedbeaters not taking accountability.

Speed Ticket Beaters Beware
They were good with answering emails and my questions. But after going to court in Chesterfield County Virginia is tough! The officer had a binder with everything in it was up to date etc. Also my main Defense the Judge agreed to and he wanted to know if I wanted to continue as briefs would have to be filed? I did not know the process but I will say everything I was sent did not do my much good. I did gain a better understanding of how RADAR works. Do NOT get stopped in Chesterfield County in Virginia! The Police have been trained to run it correctly and they follow calibration pre and post.
Then the Officer offered since I did not have any previous tickets to see if I could attend Driving School. As a result I will gain 2 points back on my license with no impact on me paying the ticket or increased insurance rates. The Judge agreed to not impose the fine at all no points only court costs.
I put a lot of time reviewing the info that was sent to me regarding how to address dismissal which I did not get. I got a pass with Driving School since I had a good record with no accidents. So sad to say I could of just showed up and taken driving school as an option.
If I had to do it again I would hire an attorney. My time is worth more. Most Attorneys charge 200 to 300 to represent me. Wish I had checked I would of just hired the attorney.

THIS PERSON STOPPED HIS CASE TOO EARLY.
Our package includes instructions on how to appeal and win, and this person did not complete the full court process including appeal, which is sometimes required (like in the case) to win.
This person also incorrectly determined that a lawyer would have charged then $200-300, when in reality a lawyer would have charged them $500-600, and only gotten them a reduction, not a dismissal.
This person also doesn't realize that the cop having paperwork with him, does not mean he can't be beaten. He could easily have still been beaten there, or on appeal.
This person also likely would not have gotten a zero fine outcome if they had not used the materials we provide, to at least the extent that they did.
This person should have realized we saved them a lot of money, and using our defense to completion would have fully eliminated all aspects.

This is a review of the companies customer services, and not a review of their services provided. I made an inquiry to this company, when I needed services for a traffic ticket. Prior to them calling me I handled the ticket myself. I received a call from the company and told them what I had done. The person on the phone proceeded to denigrate me on the phone telling me that I had made the wrong decision and didn't know what I was doing. He also made a false claim that because of my decision that my insurance would automatically go up $900/yr. After the tirade he quickly hung up before I could respond. I then got an email about how they can sometimes be sarcastic or direct on the phone, which sometimes leads to negative reviews online. I let them know that they just initiated me submitting another negative review. Their response was threats of legal retribution for defamation, because I didn't actually use their services. Very unprofessional.

We commend this person for doing something most of our fake reviewers (like him) never do... He acknowledged that he's not actually a customer, did not buy or use our service, knows nothing about its effectiveness/how it works, and revealed that he's written a baseless/useless review.
NOW WE'RE GOING TO REVIEW THIS PERSON:
We're giving this person a half star review. He gets the half star review because he's not capable of understanding that it's us, not him that are experts in how to beat a speeding ticket, and what the true financial/insurance ramifications will be of being found guilty. He also just publicly advertised to his auto insurance company (before there's even been an outcome/verdict), that he's a speeder. Not the smartest move.
IN CLOSING:
This person will now suffer the consequences of the actions they have taken/failed to take, and everything we said would happen to him financially regarding his insurance rates, will happen.

Refused to buy services: Belligerent Rep
I didn't purchase their services based on several reasons: 1) all of the negative reviews; 2) the company claiming that every negative review is fake; 3) the rude phone rep; 4) the threatening email claiming they'll sue me if I post a negative review bc I didn't purchase their services and can't review their services (not reviewing their services: reviewing my interaction with the rep); 5) claiming their customers are "repeat" customers; 6) cost and failure to honor their alleged guarantee.
Every company is going to have some negative reviews, as it is impossible to make every single customer happy. No matter how hard a business may try, it will have upset or unsatisfied customers. By claiming that every negative review is fake and falsified, they are not being honest. If they can't be honest about this, then I can't trust anything they say.
My second primary reason for not purchasing their services is the rude agent on the phone. As soon as I started asking questions to address my concerns, he became rude and belligerent, and immediately disconnected the call. The majority of potential customers seeking a new service with an unknown company is going to have concerns and questions. A good business owner and representatives can professionally address those concerns. A good product sells itself. But the sellers are the ones who turn away those customers.
Repeat customers? If the information provided is adequate and comprehensive, as it should be, clients would not need to pay for more information the next time they receive a ticket. Hence, stating that they have many repeat customers suggests that the information provided is not of high caliber.
Lastly, cost & guarantee. High cost of almost $300 with an alleged guarantee. The website claims a full refund if it doesn't work. Nonetheless, there are several reviews on various platforms that reference paid clients sharing their experience of the company refusing to issue a refund in accordance with their policy.
Update: I knew this world be flagged as fraud. It's a real review. They flag every negative review.
Proof: he told me to go to the clerk and ask for a bench decision, which would extend the court date. Then he said to ask the judge for verification of evidence. If pictures were allowed, I'd post screenshots of the emails.

Calling or emailing a company and "not liking them", does not provide any knowledge for a "reviewer" to know if a service actually works, WHEN IT IS USED. Again, this person may have contacted us, but they did not USE the service. So, they CANNOT be taken seriously as a "reviewer" of whether or not our service actually works when used.
FURTHER DETAILS:
Simply calling (or emailing) a company and not liking them (on the call or email), does not constitute "using" a service.
For example: If you entered a restaurant and immediately walked out, because you did not like the host/hostess at the front desk...
You would not be in a position to post a review claiming the "food is bad", because you wouldn't know if the food's bad.
Posting a review of a restaurant you did not actually eat it, is a fake review. Just like this one!
IN SUMMARY:

It is important that you read reviews, from people that actually USED THE SERVICES they "review". Their "review" you just read is fraudulent because it is written by a person who did not USE the service and therefore is in no position to accurately review the company.

Couldn't be more pleased…
Couldn't be more pleased with the service. When I'm in the wrong, I pay. In this case, it was a questionable ticket and I didn't feel right paying it. I followed the specific instructions EXACTLY and was absolutely shocked to see not only my case dismissed, but without my needing to even go into court. What a GODSEND. These guys saved me a cross-states trip and a day of missed work. Absolutely stellar.

$350 Joke
$350 for court cases and common defense knowledge you can locate online for free - as I learned the hard way. Paid the money, then received the documents for my defense. Literally items I could have found, and advice I could have gotten from the neighborhood-friendly Reddit. Nothing groundbreaking as I had hoped.
Oh! And if you request a refund, you get a lengthy dissertation when a short, polite email would accomplish the same goal without leaving a sour taste in your mouth. So 2 for 1 deal of being d*cks and a waste of money. I got a partial refund but still, ick. Moral of the story - save your money for actual attorneys. Lesson learned :(

I paid them. These scammers are useless. They take your money just to tell you they can't help you. They spit out info that's already online or that you can find from call the courthouse yourself.
