Align with the expectations
Delivery was a bit slow and tracking not accurate. But ultimately the product is good, align with expectations. Customer service is responsive which is appreciable.

Kart Cover
Loved the kart cover. Shipping to the United States took a long time. I paid $20 for shipping and then another $30 for tariffs and charges.

Meine Bestellung sollte bereits am…
Meine Bestellung sollte bereits am 18.03.2026 angekommen. Allerdings ist selbst eine Woche später lediglich das Label für UPS gedruckt worden. Die Bestellung ist jedoch nie bei UPS eingegangen. Der Support ist sowohl telefonisch, als auch per E-Mail nicht zu erreichen. Unabhängig wie die Qualität der Waren sein sollte, würde ich dort nie mehr bestellen. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

es tut uns leid, dass es damals zu Problemen mit der UPS-Sendungsverfolgung und der Zustellung gekommen ist. Das Versandlabel wurde erstellt, aber die weitere Bearbeitung durch UPS wurde leider nicht korrekt aktualisiert.
Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Seitdem haben wir unsere Versandkontrolle und Kundenkommunikation verbessert, damit Kunden heute klarere Updates und schnellere Unterstützung erhalten.

The quality is very poor! One flaw is that Fernando Alonso's flag is Romanian, not Spanish, and the Puma sponsor logo is completely missing. And so on...

es tut uns leid, dass es bei Ihrer damaligen Bestellung zu Problemen mit Importgebühren, Produktdetails und der Kommunikation gekommen ist. Das hätte klarer und schneller bearbeitet werden müssen.
Seit dem 01.06.2026 übernimmt SpeedX Crafts die anfallenden Zoll- und Importgebühren für Bestellungen in die EU, UK und USA, damit Kunden keine unerwarteten Zusatzkosten bei Lieferung haben. Außerdem haben wir unsere Qualitätskontrolle und den Kundensupport verbessert, damit Details wie Flaggen, Logos und Bestellangaben vor dem Versand genauer geprüft werden.

Schlechte Qualität
Als ich die Bestellung ausgepackt habe hat die Jacke mega fest gestunken. Die Jacke haf keine gute Qualität. Sie hat ewigs gebraucht bis sie angekommen ist. Auf meine E-Mail mit der Frage wo die Bestellunf momwntan ist weil sie noch nicht angekommen ist habe ich nie eine Antwort bekommen.
