The item was not what I thought it was I sent it back. Filled out their paperwork that they told me I had to fill out. I did all of that and I still haven't received my money. This is Been 6 months. I dropped it off at the UPS on blitchyon Rd in ocala. I guess I'm just out $400 plus dollars

Sperti Sunlamps provide compact effective products coupled with great customer service. The vitamin D sunlamp works as advertised and is a helpful alternative to generate this key nutrient. The recommended distance from the machine should be highlighted and followed.

Very well packaged to ensure it arrived safely and soundly. I'm happy it arrived here in Canada from the USA without any complications. This was 2025, before Ottawa added extra red tape. The lamp seems to work perfectly. Only one thing could have made the experience better and that would have been if the company had included a fifteen inch distance measure of some sort -- be it cardboard, balsa wood, or plastic -- to ensure that one positions oneself just the right distance away from the lamp during use. No big deal, though -- I made my own.

Great product, reliable customer service! I've been using the Sperti UVB light for several months now and have really noticed a difference in my health. The product arrived in great condition and is easy to operate.

I have only used it for a two weeks, so I cannot tell what difference it is making. However, the lamp arrived fairly quickly and in good shape. It is easy to use. My only complaint is that it is difficult to adjust the strap on the glasses. They are a little loose on me.Otherwise, love it so far!

I bought the Sperti Sunlamp well over two years ago and haven't used it much. When I did, I saw (and felt, LOL) that it is very effective, and one can burn oneself (as others have cautioned), if one is not careful. I found the sunlamp to be rather awkward to use, due to its size, weight and configuration. Perhaps I could find a way to mount it to a pole and slide it up and down.

I just received my Sperti D Lamp, so I can't comment on whether it will raise my Vitamin D. However, the product appears to be high quality and arrived well packaged and in a short time. I am grateful there is a way to correct my deficiency and thank Sperti for designing an easy solution.

The customer service is great, but the goggles were terrible. They’re really painful to wear. They’ll go right in the trash.

I bought 2 sunlamps from Sperti last spring, but didn't really start using them until the winter hit. Now I can say that they truly make a huge difference and add to my well being in the winter months where sunlight is short. My husband agrees, we use them together. Only wish we had tried them sooner!

Ordering and shipping was flawless. I didn't test my Vit D levels before and don't plan to test after, but I feel better using the lamp.

Please stop sending me review information and other emails about using my light. My credit card was charged back in November, but the light is back ordered and hasn't been received yet.

This thing cranks! Nice, even tan in minutes from a reputable company. Really well made machine - in the USA!

I ordered the product. They took my money and about 2 weeks later said that it was on back order until January, which is tomorrow. It's been crickets ever since except for this rate your experience?! Business management and operations for this company is low. Not sure about actual device.

I knew this was going to be good when I saw it advertised on the Wise Traditions Facebook page. I love that I can build up Vitamin D levels even if my schedule doesn’t allow for me to be outside between 10am - 2pm. It’s really convenient since it only takes a few minutes per day, and doesn’t cause any sweating. I look forward to reaping the benefits of use over time!

(The only reason my review isn’t the full 5 stars is because the lamp arrived with a dent on the corner, despite protective packaging.)

Thankful to have a convenient way to get Vitamin D when it’s not available here in the winter!
