Expensive shipping cost
Part availability and customer service are good. Part cost is high, but I expect that in the DME world. What I don’t expect is high shipping cost AND it taking 10 days for parts to get to me. They should either charge less for shipping and tell me it’ll take 10 days, or charge me $40 and get the parts to me in 2-3 days. Using a broken shower chair 4 times is really taking a risk for injury, but few of us have a backup shower chair to use!!

They do not account for the time product will take a customs
Only order from this site if you are not in a hurry and live across the border.
Still waiting on product to arrive ordered the bath chair Feb 15th with a estimated delivery of Feb 24. If you order this product to Canada they do no account for the extra time it takes at customs on there website and when you ask about it they just say we and fed ex have no control. Don't order if your planning or counting on the estimated delivery date New arrival date is now March 2nd. Only ironic part it I only ordered from this website because it had the fastest delivery date.
I'm sure the response to this review will state the same as my previous email back from them . That thay apologize for the inconvenience and have no control over customs.

You’re absolutely right that customs clearance can add time to deliveries going into Canada, and while it’s unfortunately outside of our control (and FedEx’s control as well), we clearly need to do a better job setting expectations on our website for international shipments. If the estimated delivery date didn’t account for potential customs delays, that’s something we need to improve so customers can plan accordingly.
We understand how disappointing it is to order based on a delivery estimate and then experience delays especially when timing matters. We will be reviewing and updating our delivery messaging for cross-border orders to make it clearer that customs processing time is not included in the estimated delivery window.
Again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve.
Exactly what I needed!
I a smaller padded seat for my Shower Buddy. First I used the online chat. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. Ordered the seat and it arrived early. A great experience.

The chair works great
The chair works great. 2 things could make it even better. The foot test is way too small. He cannot rest his feet on it. Also the seat is not wide enough to do his disposals into the commode container. Have to chose one or the other.
