ShowerBuddy SB2T Review
Thank you for continuing to provide replacement parts for the ShowerBuddy SB2T, specifically the right and left struts. Our most recent pair lasted about 11 years, which is remarkable given our daily use of the SB2T.
My family and I are deeply grateful for the design and durability of the ShowerBuddy SB2T. This shower and commode chair has played an essential role in helping our son, who has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, with his restroom and shower activities. We originally purchased the chair in December 2009, and it has been a true blessing in our home ever since.
I’m not sure my wife and I could have cared for our son as effectively over the years without the support provided by the SB2T. Thank you for creating a product that has made such a meaningful difference in our everyday lives.

A miracle for independence
I am one of my father’s caregivers.
The Shower Buddy is like a Godsend to him. It gives him independence and the ability to take care of himself in the bathroom. He maneuvers the Shower Buddy, using his feet, over the toilet and is able to use the bathroom on his own, which makes him feel a great deal of independence.
According to my father, the other duties, it allows him to perform independently are brushing his teeth, putting on deodorant, shaving, showering, as well as all other things that one would do in the bathroom. The independence he gets from the Shower Buddy is a miracle.

The chair has been used twice so far
The chair has been used twice so far. The arms and seat cushion are installed. 89 yo with transfer challenges says "I feel so safe and secure when I am sitting in it and transferring into it". So far the PT and OT therapists that have seen the chair took pictures and will be recommending the chair. That is a huge compliment to the thoughtfulness and function of this chair. Thank you!

The corrective seat was ordered.
I was wrong. I ordered the wrong seat. Everything was perfect and I have no complaints about them. They showed me where I was wrong and took ALL the corrective steps to fix MY screwup.

Simplify Shower Time
The first time I called the Solutionbased company the lady I spoke with was so nice and helpful. She arranged for a technician to call me to help with decisions on the shower glide product. I believe the technician’s name was Clay. He was so professional and helpful with information about the different products. I received the Showerglide within a few days. It was relatively easy to assemble. The Showerglide prevents my patient from having to step over a ledge to get into the shower. It is very sturdy and convenient to use. This makes taking a shower so much safer. I am very thankful to have this product for my patients safety.
