Having done a fair bit of research I settled on the ShowerGlyde SG3. The build quality is exactly what I was hoping for. It assembled quickly in about 30 minutes. It's easy to use and slides easily which is the main issue with competing products. I also like the fine adjustment of the legs because the tubs are always sloped and getting a solid fit can be tough. It's also light enough to pick up and move when needed. A couple very minor issues: I'd prefer that the seat inserts clipped in more solidly and it would be nice if the lock levers we visible from the seated position so that they would be easier to use. An even finer micro adjustment on the legs would be helpful too as I still found it tough to get it to sit perfectly in my tub. Great overall product and likely the best you can buy, if you can afford it.

Bought SB 3 to help with showers better half has MS and have roll in shower but then chair gets wet and hard to get dry so she just transfer to SB 3 turns in and she’s ready to shower very strong chair lighter weight happy customer here

Great customer service .actually called me to make sure of what I needed was the correct items.great sturdy product. Best item that actually works that I bought.and me not hurting myself to get her over the tub.swivel chair is great cause she cannot bend her knees well. So I can angle the chair and get them in. just bought the side arms.she feels so safe with this product she showers a lot more now without arguments.

We purchased the ShowerGlyde SG3 for my 93 year old father who came to live with us. He said "a chair over the tub will never work". Well, he gave it a try and he simply loves it! The ease of use and particularly the rugged design are very helpful. I thought I would need to assist him, but with a little practice, he mastered the use of the chair in a matter of minutes. It's nice that he can retain a sense of independence by showering by himself. Great product and I'm so pleased that I did not settle for something less. It's money well spent!

Shipping was extremely fast (Ordered Friday. Received on Monday) and the product was well packed. After two weeks of use, it has proven to be exactly what we needed. Easy to setup and use, perfectly functional, a nice blend/compromise between weight and stability, and has a well written manual. Unlike another source I tried to use, this one has a US-based customer service (I verified with a call) that can handle warranty and/or parts if needed.

Our shower chair has been a life saver. We use it on a daily basis. When one of the wheels became damaged I reached out to the company for a solution. Ordered 3 parts for my brother's chair SBT2. 2 parts received were correct. 1 parts was wrong. Some difficulty was encountered to get the wrong part corrected. I am now waiting on the correct part and a return label for the incorrect part.

The Shower Glide has become the answer to my problems in the shower. I am a 240+ lb male who lost most of the control in my legs about 3 yrs ago. The Glide chair allows me to transfer from my wheel chair into the shower and back out to my chair totally unassisted. This is the best thing since sliced bread, peanut butter and jelly.

My husband was recently disabled by a stroke, and our home presented challenges for his care. The Shower Buddy offered an elegant solution for the problems we faced. We received extensive attention from the company helping us measure our space to determine its feasibility for our home. The company provided personalized help through Zoom for that purpose as well as assembly of the product and its potential use. Unfortunately, the health status of my husband declined to the point that he would be unable to safely benefit from the Shower Buddy. I received no push back or hassle to make a return. I remain grateful that I could at least try this wonderful product which is very well built, sturdy, and versatile.
