Since our landlord moved property management over to Haart, we have had nothing but great communication and an excellent response rates to our queries and issues. It's quite rare to have such an easy time contacting your agent but we have so far had responses within 24 hours every time. It's really refreshing to be managed by a company that actually try to help the tenants!

Excellent service, the Senior Property manager Rami Hairi is quick and easy to deal with and provide a useful feedback.

my overall experience with spicehaart was positive.I find them very helpful, supportive. As an international student I have struggled to find a decent accommodation with reasonable rental fees, Haart team was able to find me accommodation which suits my needs within few days. As well as they provide complete advanced paperwork and payment system which enables the customer to finalize all the requested arrangements, signing agreements and payments online.

I would recommend Meg. As a landlady letting a property with haybrooks, good and honest communication is important. Meg always responds to my questions in a prompt manner and is polite and helpful.

found amena very helpful .. been waiting along time for my kitchen and bathroom to be sorted as floor was rotton due to leakages .. bathroom done to the best but still have tiles that are cracked so water will get through but thats the landlady that is holding back .. kitchen is now finally being sorted in 6 weeks again taken so long due to landlords slacking not wanting to pay out fo an old kitchen .. but amena from haarts has managed to push the work through .. so im happy now something is being done they have worked hard to get this sorted last couple months . thankyou

Six monthly checkup's, you've got to love them, you don't appreciate them until you have the upstairs neighbours from hell who aren't with the same letting agency!

Turned out to be a hastily but very mutually beneficial checkup, really good text message updates so wasted very little time from work. Was great to see Sam McAllister again, I've been here for 18 months and knowing that the review was with someone who I remembered when I first moved in and at the time seemed as excited about the property as I was made me feel far more relaxed.

Sam checked everywhere a landlord would want checked and as a tenant help with a maintenance issue. Throughout I found his attitude polite, professional and friendly and we agreed this was not the property where a 4 year old resides.
Looking forward to seeing Sam McAllister in 6 months time and glad your texts gave me the chance to use a laundry basket before you arrived.
