They where professional in taking care…
They where professional in taking care of packaging ecc but unfortunately 3 days after arrival the spiderling passed away and when I informed them they never offered me to send me a new spiderling. So disappointed.

Please note that we offer a live arrival guarantee, and in this case, the spiderling was delivered alive and in good condition — as you also confirmed. Unfortunately, once the animals arrive safely and are under a new keeper’s care, we have no control over the conditions they are kept in, such as temperature, humidity, feeding, or other environmental factors that may affect their well-being.
While we always try to support our customers in every way we can, we hope you understand that we cannot take responsibility for events occurring several days after delivery.

Best!👌 place to buy arachnids in eu so calm yet full of energy when going into their new home (no kicking no bolt out of enclosure) tho close with the faster once. Gorgeous specimens! Told in a comment that my balfouri was missing a spinneret, this order I was confused got an extra with bm on it, sure enough it was a balfouri? I dident even ask for it! Extremely good service really appreciated place that know spiders!

You can get scammed
1 month and 11 days since they "sent" a package. Package never arrived my country. Seller told me multiple times before sending, there would be no refund. Now i know why. Probably never sent a package..

Your review is very disappointing and, frankly, unfair.
The package was sent, and you were provided with a valid tracking number, which confirmed that it reached Norway. According to the tracking information, the shipment was confiscated by Norwegian customs. This is something completely out of our control.
As the recipient, it was your responsibility to contact customs and provide any required documentation or clarification to release the package. Failure to do so led to the confiscation — not any action or inaction on our part.
We also clearly informed you before shipping that we do not offer refunds in cases where a package is blocked or seized by your country’s authorities.
It is completely inappropriate to suggest that we never sent your package, especially when you received the shipping confirmation and tracking number. We are transparent and honest in our operations, and such accusations are not only baseless but damaging.
We are sorry about the outcome, but please understand this is a matter between you and your country’s customs office — not a failure on our side.

Absolute stupidity
Absolute stupidity. Changed the website to GBP as it's available in various currencies, only to be told during checkout that the products can't be delivered by their available carriers and to amend the cart. I don't want to amend the cart, I want to order the items I've selected. It's not my problem you don't have association with any carriers yet still choose to advertise that you can provide the items to a country using the appropriate currency.

Due to regulations introduced after Brexit, it is unfortunately no longer possible to ship live tarantulas to the UK via post or courier. This is not something we can override — it's a matter of international law and border restrictions regarding the transport of live animals.
The option to display prices in GBP is available for the convenience of many of our customers from various countries who do not use the euro or dollar in daily transactions. GBP is commonly used by our UK-based business clients, who continue to legally import tarantulas from us through authorized channels and use GBP for invoicing.
It’s unfortunate that due to a lack of awareness about post-Brexit import regulations, you’ve chosen to leave a negative review. We strive to be transparent and provide accurate information, and we’re always here to help explain or assist with any confusion.
