Appalling Customer Service
As someone who has spent $400+ on plugins off Spigotmc.org I can safely say I was shocked at the customer service I received.
After moving house 3 times in the last year unfortunately some notebooks go missing and along with that my 2FA backup codes. It's life, people forget things (which is why there is a password reset on everything yeah?). So, not only do I get a scolding by Spigot Moderators, but the process also takes over a week to sort out, and now I have a week ban because I forgot 2FA backup codes. So, I can't even access my paid plugins now for another week.
This happens! It is life, people lose track of things. We are not bots, we are human. So now it is another week waiting to update my plugins. Honestly, I will be sticking with Polymart, BuiltbyBit, and Modrinth from now on, and when I can, I will leave Spigot for good.
Disgraceful how they treat loyal customers. Shame on Michael and the Spigot Staff team and policies/procedures.
