As someone who lives in AZ in the hottest room in my house, I've been desperate to find a way to cool my room that easily reaches 85-90 degrees despite my house temp being set to 78°. I used an AC booster panel and a Dreo tower fan and they kind of helped but not enough to make the that much a difference. Fast forward to today, I recently ordered and received my Spin360 Fan in the mail and I immediately retired my tower fan. This is definitely a game changer and it makes me wish it was available sooner. It was very easy to assemble with clear instructions. The fan itself is very quiet, even when you go higher than the 5th speed setting. It only took about 30 minutes to comfortably down my 120 sq. ft room with the 4th speed setting. Now my room is actually reaching temps comparable rest of the house. I can now comfortably sleep without having to point a tower fan at me while the rest of the room stays warm through the night. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone in a similar situation when it comes to having a room that could use the help in cooling.

I have been waiting for my fan for weeks. They keep promising they will send it but each week nothing. Very dissappointing.

I bought the Spin 360 Fan after reading some reviews saying it didn’t put out much breeze, so I was honestly a little skeptical. But after using it, I can say I completely disagree!

My chair is about 10 feet away from the fan, and when I’m sitting there watching TV at night, I sometimes actually have to tell my husband to turn the fan down! 😂 It’s also very quiet, and we’ve noticed that our air conditioning definitely doesn’t run as much with the fan running.

The breeze is different from a traditional fan. It’s not a strong blast of air blowing directly at you. I would describe it more like a light, gentle breeze coming off a lake. It circulates the air throughout the room, and you really notice the difference.

I was so impressed with ours that I bought one for my daughter, who lives in a home with no air conditioning other than a floor unit that vents outside. Their house used to stay around 82°F, and now it stays around 74°F consistently. I honestly can’t believe the difference!

I’m now seriously considering buying another one for our bedroom.

I went into this purchase skeptical, and I am now completely sold. I absolutely love this fan and would definitely recommend it!

Love mine. It sits in the connecting hallway in my 700 sq ft apartment and it keeps the entire apartment comfortable. I don't have to set my AC on 68° to stay cool anymore and I'm no longer cold when the AC runs and sweating when it doesn't. I would recommend it to anyone who has Parkinson's.

Beware… ordered and paid for weeks ago and still waiting.

Received my fan today ! Cool and Quiet breeze ! My elec bills have been $450 this summer, am hoping this will help with Hot, humid Georgia nights !! Totally satisfied ! Will probably order another one ! It actually gets quite cold , if you sit directly in front of it !! Fabulous product !

This has been a great product so far. Lives up to the hype that I’ve been seeing in all the ads for it.
The only down-side was trying to get some kind of answer as to when I would be receiving it.
I eventually got a tracking number, & didn’t take long after that to receive it.
Would recommend getting one.

I’ve had issues with getting hot at night so I tend to turn the air conditioner lower than most. My husband sleeps with two blankets just so I can be comfortable (42 years of marriage, he’s a keeper for sure!) we would also turn a fan on (ok I would), but it was so noisy! So I saw the spin360 fan advertised and it explained how the air went through the fan (and it was cool looking) so I gave it a try.. oh boy! Not only is it cool, it keeps the room cool! I don’t have to turn down the thermostat so low and I have a remote to adjust it as needed.. oh and you do not hear it!!! best purchase ever!

Put the fan together, plugged it in and nothing. Pulled it apart, made sure it was all correct, put it back together…nothing. The adapter falls out easily from the plug in on the fan itself. I am so incredibly disappointed that I spent good money on a bunk product.

I bought this fan in White. It’s built very well. My son stole it from me, took it to his room, 288 square feet. It’s incredible. It’s so quiet. And like they say just give it time. It does exactly what it claims. My son says it’s his now. And refuses to give it back. In fairness I want him to have it. We should all have one. I will be ordering at least 2 more. And a fourth for our family Mexico house. Simply incredible. No more oscillating tipping over fans. It is sturdy with a weight appropriate base. Can put it anywhere.

I don’t rave about products and I’m sick of fake sales pitches. So I felt it necessary to speak up. And say yeah it’s ligit. Worth the money and it works very well.

I wish I could review the fan, but unfortunately, I never received it. Customer service is horrendous. I initially contacted them after two weeks of receiving no information about the status of my order. I received no response until I posted a negative review. I was then given a generic response about how they group shipments. Fine.

Two weeks later, still no information about the status of my order or shipping. I contacted them again. I was then told that they would contact their fulfillment center and request an update, which should have been done the first time I requested an update.

A week later, I had to again contact them and was told that it was “taking unusually long to ship” and they would reach out to the warehouse and “urge” them to get my order shipped “as soon as possible.” Again, why wasn’t this being done in the first place?

Another week…no update. So, I again request a status. I am told that it will be ready to be shipped “next week.” Next week is almost 2 months since I placed my order. I finally had enough and requested to have the fan shipped by the end of the week; otherwise, cancel the order. So, instead of attempting to fill the order, they cancelled it. No apologies. Nothing.

My disappointment (besides not getting the fan) ultimately lies in the horrendous customer service. Not once did they show any urgency, regret for my order not being fulfilled in a timely manner, or provide my order any sense of priority. No effort to ensure my order was fulfilled or shipped or shown. I had been patient, and, in the end, they preferred to cancel my order rather than fulfill it. Again, no apology.

Horrible experience. So, if you were lucky enough to receive your fan, I truly hope you never have to reach out to customer service. It is clear that they don’t care about you as a customer. I would NOT recommend buying from this company.

This fan is amazing. Just bought my second one. I live in Houston Texas and our summers are HOT! My poor AC struggles to keep up for the bedrooms. This fan has been a God send. Not like a normal fan it really cools the room.

I ordered two fans—one for me and one for my parents—to help with the intense summer heat. Within five minutes, the room felt noticeably cooler and more comfortable. I gave four stars because delivery took longer than expected, and only one fan arrived at first. Customer service was a little slow, but the issue was resolved, and both fans work great. Overall, this fan lives up to its reputation.

I received my spin360 fan a couple of days ago. The set up was easy. They included a QR code with an introduction by the inventor. I had a few questions about the placement in a particular room and the response was top notch, and very helpful. I followed the steps and within a couple of hours, the room was pretty comfortable.
I definitely would recommend it.

This fan is unlike any other fan I have ever used. At first I was skeptical. I had watched a bunch of videos showing the power of the unique blades, and scientifically it seemed like it would work, but it wasn't until I got my fan that I realized how amazing this actually is. The effect is subtle, it isn't going to be a hard breeze, it is more like a soft gentle breeze. It also does take time to get the air in the room moving, so you have to be patient when first starting it, but once it gets the air moving, you really feel it. It does an amazing job of mixing the cooler lower air with the warmer upper air, to produce a uniform temperature in the room. So if you do get one, give it some time to grow on you, because believe me, the more you use it, the more you won't want to be without it.

Love the design. Got the product on time per presale timelines and very nicely packaged. It works wonderful. Enjoy the design. Its keeping my 10 by 15 living room comfortable with minimal electrical effort. Its quiet. Im very happy with my purchase. My only recommendation is to make 1 at a higher power level to reach larger room. It does fine in 10 by 10 but anything bigger it could use a little more power.

This fan is amazing, it truly feels like a cool breeze instead of a strong fan blowing directly in your face. I just received it today, I was already able to turn my ac to 74 and turn off the ceiling fan. I have it placed in the middle of my open concept kitchen/ living room. I live in GA where it is hot as h e double hockey sticks most of the time. I in fact just ordered one for my bedroom

I will be returning the fan, I had the fan running for 30 minutes and I did not fell the change in the room, it was not cooling. Very disappointed in the product. What you advertise on Tik Tok and Facebook is very miss leading.

I absolutely LOVE my fan, but it’s nothing like an ordinary fan, it’s Amazing how it creates an even temperature throughout my bedroom,the air feels so much fresher in the room, I breath better at night, I just ordered my second fan for my living room, I’m buying a third fan soon for my fifth wheel!! It’s AMAZING!!!🥰
