Booked a car inspection for sale
Booked a car inspection for sale. Date 5 Jan, time 5pm. The person supposed to come was not available. No one else was assigned. I had to take off from my office hours to be available for inspection. And then on asking for inspection today even till 8pm the inspection was cancelled. Who is responsible for my time wasted. Had made the booking on 4th Jan. Please Respond.

Monika from Social media team handled my RC correction with patience and commitment inspite of many issues when going through the process , she ensured communication at the right time on the process. Company Executives took 18 months and…
Company Executives took 18 months and nth number of request to resolve a small issue which occured due to staff of that time.
The issue resolution got paced up once Mr Nishank came into the picture. Within 2 weeks of Dec 2025 the issue got resolved.

Don't purchase car from Spinny
I have purchased car from Spinny. Worst experience guys. Don't trust them. They are fraud . Once sold out the car from Spinny, the executive not even pick your call to sort out the issue. My car clutch pad and gear is not working properly. I called to executive many times but no answer from him. So please don't buy any car from Spinny. This is my honest feedback guys.

Overall exp with car purchase from spinny
Overall experience with spinny was not at all good. However I am giving 4 * rating just because of the follows from the social media team. Yes social media team came is action post complaint and chased the issue till it's resolution,however it was more of the followup with customer then within the team it self, which is disappointing.

Post sales service needs improvement
Post sales service needs lot of improvement. because they took 11 months for vehicle registration after 100s of tickets raised to resolve the issue. However, Monika Pundhir from post sales team has helped a lot to resolve the vehicle registration and RC card delivery issue. Her commitment towards work and communication with customer is great.
