I am very thankfull to Mr. Abhishek Singh, he was helpful in resolving my issue. Where everyone in the spinny didnt help me for almost 15-20 days and i was about to file complaint in consumer court , there he stepped in listened me very carefully and resolved my problem.

Worst experience ever, please don’t make a mistake to buy a vehicle from Spinny. They have sold me a vehicle, the RC was on the name of company Ericsson. At the time of selling the vehicle they took the ownership of the RC transfer. Post making the payment they are not picking the call and their customer support is not responding.

I would like to share my experience regarding an issue I faced with Spinny.
I purchased my car from Spinny through a full cash payment. However, when I received the RC book, it mentioned hypothecation under Hero Fincorp Finance, which indicated that the car was on loan. This was incorrect, as I had not taken any loan for this vehicle. Due to this error, I was unable to sell my car, which caused significant inconvenience and stress.
I was particularly disappointed that although this mistake occurred at the Spinny Hub level, my payment was put on hold until I arranged the NLC (No Loan Certificate) from Hero Fincorp. Since the error was not from my side, it felt unfair to bear the consequences and delays. I respectfully request the leadership team, especially Mr. Neeraj Singh, to kindly review such processes. If a mistake happens from the company’s side, customers should not be made to suffer or face financial holds because of it. I strongly suggest that clear internal guidelines be cascaded to all hubs to ensure that customers are not inconvenienced due to operational errors.
At the same time, I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Sahil Thakur from Spinny. He supported me at every step, coordinated with the concerned teams, and guided me throughout the process. With his assistance, I was able to obtain an official NLC from Hero Fincorp Finance confirming that no loan had ever been taken on the vehicle. Thanks to his dedicated efforts, the issue was finally resolved and I was able to successfully sell my car.
I am truly grateful to Mr. Sahil Thakur for his professionalism, patience, and commitment to resolving my concern. Employees like him make a positive difference in customer experience.
Thank you for taking this feedback seriously. I hope Spinny strengthens its internal processes to ensure such situations do not occur in the future.

I am writing this review to help each and everyone who had faced issues with spinny's few executives( Mr Mukul), Same company but different people one gave me horrible experience after selling my car to him and another help me with all the possible ways to come out of this issue where my money was kept on hold. I would like to Thank Mr Nitin Kumar who help me get my hypothecation hold money back which I was following with Mukul for almost 8 month but Nitin escalated this issues and it got resolved. Worst experience I have ever had with any car company. Spinny is all marketing and zero actual service. They make big promises about quality checks and customer satisfaction, but in reality it feels like once they get your money, they simply don’t care.
The entire process was stressful, misleading, and completely disappointing. Communication was poor, support was useless, and resolving issues felt like begging for basic service. This is not a professional company experience — it felt like dealing with people who just want to close a sale and disappear.
I genuinely regret choosing Spinny. It was a complete waste of time, energy, and trust. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from them to stay away unless you want frustration and headaches. Extremely poor and unacceptable experience.
