I had booked a car with Spinny and paid a fairly large token amount, but the deal didn’t go through. Naturally, refunds in India can be stressful, especially for big sums.

These guys are pleasing to work with..I sold my Ford Ecosport them..most of the sale proceeds are transferred to your bank account before you hand over the key..they retained ₹10000 to be transferred after they sell the car and smooth transfer of RC..today, the called me and informed that they have sold the car and the balance money will be transferred once the RC gets transferred..the whole process was very smooth and transparent..I am planning to sell my other car too through them..I have no hesitation in recommending Spinny for prospective buyer/seller..wish them all the very best in all their future endeavors

Very disappointing experience with Spinny. They take cars at a low price and sell them at a much higher margin. The multiple inspections felt unnecessary and were clearly aimed at finding excuses to reduce the price. Complete waste of time and pathetic service.

I felt that there was a big communication gap between Honda Service centre and spinny 4 star because there was a long waiting from the date I gave the car and getting it back, my original issue is resolved no problem with that

Nishank has helped me to resolve my issue very quickly.

My car valuation was done on 24 Jan, and spinny offered me a price after negotiation 9.8 lakh, but after 1 day they offered me a price 7 lakh saying that your car price has been reduced, because price is valid only for one day, I didn't understand how can price of a car can be reduced by 2.8 lakh in just one day. Then I post about this matter on Social media, in X, Facebook, and on there mail id. Then Mr Abhishek from social media team contacted me, and helped me in increasing the price from 7 lakh to 9 lakh,( I appreciate Mr Abhishek efforts to increase the price) which was 80k less then original price offered. Which I have accepted because I have no option, and I cannot negotiate at this stage. So I sold my car to spinny @ 9 Lakh. Although I sold my car to Spinny and they increased the price from 7 lakh to 9 lakh, but this is not the right way to treat the customers. They just make you sell your car at reduced price by making all the tactics. I have suffered a lot of mental stress because of Spinny and also suffered financial loss. I recommend everyone to be careful while dealing with Spinny.

Worst customer care unresponsive people. Vehicle painted all the areas when we deeply observed while washing my self it was found. When I ask excutive all the vehicles will be like that only. I'm strongly suggesting don't buy from spinny.
