Spinpals used to be one of my favorite social casinos, but they way they are handling redemptions now is fishy. I put in a redemption for about $100 on July 8, and it is still pending. I see other people having been having problems as well recently. I would have agreed with the high ratings they have just a month ago, but I am definitely suspicious of them now.

Ive played on multiple casino sites. I am fully verified and have redeemed multiple times on several sites. I figured I'd give spinpals a shot. Couldn't get past the identity verification. I made several attempts to upload my state id. Every attempt failed no matter what I did. Everything else was fully verified. I contacted support thru numerous emails and support chat. I bought the first welcome package while waiting on the ID part to get straightened out. I spent several hours back and forth staying on top of it. I get some sleep. Wake up and tried to log in and they completely closed my account. I emailed about it and my response was I had multiple accounts which is against regulation and after carefully reviewing they made the decision to close my account. WTF?!?! Really?!?! I did everything required if me but because I made several attempts to get my identity verified they shut me down instead of helping me. All in all its their loss and not mine. I play casinos online hard. I deposit alot. I win alot. I lose alot. Either way what they did was not correct. I only signed up ONE account not multiple. I normally dont waste my time posting a bad review. Only good reviews. But this one was worth getting it posted although it changes nothing. As how they did me I dont see how they have 4.1 stars. I play sites that have a much less rating and NEVER had any issues with them. WAY TO GO SCAMPALS!!!

It's pretty common in the social casino circle that referrals often end up "untracked" usually not a big deal reach out to support and the quickly correct the issue. I recently had such an experience with Spinpals but once I reached out to support they were less than helpful and the ai chatbot provided more useful support. So I would stay away from any social that's under this umbrella Spinpals, Parlayplay, or Clash5

UPDATE: I finally was given my redemption this morning, July 27th. That’s much too long of a wait for how things move in this world these day…I’m afraid this has really hurt my relationship with my #1 platform…I’m not sure I’ll play again.

Absolutely no responses, no movement on my money. This company lost a customer, and my respect I have tried several times to submit a small redemption and have been frustrated by the fact I waited 4 days for one and it hadn’t shown up in my account…which is strange because for a year now I’ve gotten them at a rate of an hour or less…what is happening differently? Also I haven’t had a coin package discount, which I usually get daily, in more than a week. I spend regularly with this platform and am unsure the situation because customer service gives vague responses and always the same responses. I’m beyond frustrated with this little old $100 I’ve been trying to get since the 3rd of July!

So here’s the deal it used to be almost instant then I waited for almost a month for a redemption of like $200. Now I have asked that they help with a timeframe on recent $500 redemption and again robotic responses. No one is really answering the question or giving anything their due diligence.. see the thing is this is lead 🧑‍🍳 to me canceling redemptions prior to this and one of them. I want a fairly large amount, but the other ones all went down to nothing. I am committed to waiting for this one however 24 hours means 24 hours and you don’t process on the weekends so when something is submitted at 3:45 in the morning on Thursday, it should be approved by 3:45 in the morning on Friday so that it’s not a wait until it’s approved on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. It’s really causing issues for me which I feel is intentional on their part. I feel as if they have realized that longer redemption times mean that people cancel and playback their winnings often so they don’t have to pay out as much. I love this place and I love to play and have one fairly OK here but it’s time to actually consider the instant redemption process again where it would only take a couple hours at most. This isn’t about security checks. You have people have been playing here for years like myself waiting 72 hours business hours not weekend hours for approval you were just waiting to push it through hoping that I actually cancel over the weekend so you don’t have to pay out is what it feels like.

These guys were good for awhile But , after successfully redeeming several times they want to play games .. it was Good play and redemptions were almost instant . Then out of nowhere I go and put in a redemption and they want to hold onto it to “review” who knows what . My account is verified, my bank account is attached and no redemption has ever been delayed. Now, because of not only the inconsistency the support once you reach out is probably the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with they provide the most generic response ( just like they are going to reply to on here saying “every redemption is not instant “ and “ we need to comply blah blah blah) providing no actual answers but instead open ended passive responses, then after they just don’t respond. Because of this I will no longer play on this site and I encourage anyone who does not want to deal with inconsistency or support that is not concerned with providing assistance but most concerned with making it a point to be inconsiderate and refuse to get any supervisor , to provide any contact to higher up and just leave chats open so that you cannot start another or just end chats that you start before they start .., to stay away from these guys . They will for sure pull the same thing with you . There are way too many options out there to give your money to other than these guys . And for SpinPals , unless you are going to provide the contact info for management don’t reply to this review .
