SpinPals Casino Reviews

They banned me for absolutely no reason at all and refuse to pay my remaining balance.
They couldn't even give a reason. I guess they were planning to scam and rug me!!!

DO NOT BUY IN!!!

great app, highly recommend!!

I loved playing here until I deposited 99.99 a few times and cashed out 500 each time and they decided to give me package choices where I was paying more than the sc’s I was getting. They were quite helpful in the beginning when I had redemption issues but after a won a few times in a row, they showed how much they appreciate members. In the beginning my redemptions were instant and then the final one… over 10 days. Needless to say I closed this account and will play at reputable places! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this site!!

Love their casino!! They got all the latest games and have some really good bonuses.! Redemption is thru the bank so it took about day…at most!

this is by far one of the most bestest casinos i have ever played on in a long time! i totally recommend this casino to others! this is the best casino ever!

Spinpal's is redemption was less than 48 hours, and they offered some good promo packs for an advantage in winning a redeemable balance. I was able to make some money and have fun!

One of my top fav casinos! Customer support is fast at replying & easy to get ahold of. Slots are fun! 10/10!! Coin packages are decently priced!!

I love the different games! My instant bank transfer hits almost immediately. 10/10 highly recommended.

Love this game!!!

Decent site with tons of games but I have a pending redemption sitting in their que over 2 weeks. Its not a huge amount $150 so I dont know why the delay. Some of these sites its a hit or miss in terms of them paying out within a couple of days or a couple of weeks it seems. Im just hoping they pay my winnings.

Hit only $2 for a bet of $4! Unbelievable! DO NOT TRY! NO LUCK NO MIRACLE! LOW RTP WORST SITE.

Waiting since 7/3 for redemption of a small amount they won't process it can just keep telling me to wait. Scam site, stay away!

I like Spinpals. It usually takes less than a day to redeem and vip isn’t too hard to level up there either

Redemptions take an entire month. Then they started charging me more than 1to 1 for SC’s. This is after straight losses from 3 purchases so it’s not like I was crazily winning.

The choice in slots is amazing and the gifts on the socials are a good way to try your luck

Easy to set up and verify game selection is great

I have played on pretty much every platform and this is my favorite one, especially when you have a VIP host like Sam Foster. And the reason for three stars is because of the customer service on their platform until you get a VIP host like Sam don’t even bother nothing will be resolved. Thank you Sam for being so helpful when no one else has been! They do pay right away that’s another good thing about this platform. You don’t have to wait for your money to hit your bank in two seconds customer service and the games not hitting that much would be my only complaints. Be careful on those hot games are not always so hot.🙃 I know I speak for everyone when we say we appreciate you, Sam maybe the rest of them could take a class from you on how to treat customers especially ones that play and spend.

I love this platform. I win often and the payout is pretty fast.
