SpinPals Casino Reviews

Banned me, and when I asked for details, they provided a copy/pasted canned explanation, and then they stopped responding to me. I legitimately haven't done anything shady. The only thing I can think is I went on vacation last weekend and logged in while I was there (within the same state), which isn't a violation of anything. All my funds, poof, no recourse. Definitely avoid.

I have been playing on their platform for over a year and fully KYC verified with my bank account. I redeemed 100 last night and this evening when I went to login it said I was banned? I reached out to support and they gave me their generic script that their internal review has flagged my account as suspicious and their decision is final. The rep would not answer my questions or explain why. Didn’t even get an email. I have redeemed and spent plenty with them. Total SCAM! Whatever.

Awesome Casino game! Amazing Slots! I Enjoy the game

Great options , challenges , rewards and more !

I never get anything more than .10 on daily wheel spin. This included level up spins after making a purchase. I got .50 1 time. $30 on .20 spins and didn't get a single bonus on 3 coin volcano. 150 spins with not a single win? Im done withese guys

It's a fun game easy to play and navigate

Put in for a 100.00 redemption on May 5th 2026,still til this day have not got paid!! Same story...behind on redemptions...I'm still in the queue in the order I was in...but how come I'm reading some of these reviews for this month and they are getting their money next day?? Something ain't right !!!!

Was going alright at first then I was supposed to get a $60+ reward from them and they wouldn't explain why they weren't paying it out. I asked was for an explanation and the customer support closed my help question on me.

The app is easy to navigate. There are so many games options to choose from! Customer service is there when you have a questions. Definitely a great app!!!

Great fun exciting game to play

I just love spinpals casino , it's legit and you can trust this company

I really loved spinpals but if you change your phone number or give up your phone for a more natural life then it's an act of Congress to be able to redeem which was so very disappointing to me.

I really like this app. It has a clean, easy to navigate design so I can find the games I want to play and there’s lots of them. Winnings are easy to redeem and they offer great. bonuses!

My experience with spinpals was awesome I got the couple of free sc coins and did okay didn't win but did okay well I bought 5 dollars worth of sc coins and a couple of hours later I was all the way up to 312 I cashed out with ease and in 24 hours the money was deposited into my chime account. one of the best experience with a new casino when you can win off of just five dollars...

A legit website that cashed out in seconds but I ran into many issues with their payment processed Aeropay and had to contact their support to get it resolved and was then able to successfully withdraw.

The game selection was better, cashout and verification was easy. Customer service was excellent and the ease of access was great!

They have a nice welcome offer and a ton of games. Also an awesome refer a friend offer! check them out :)

They banned me for absolutely no reason at all and refuse to pay my remaining balance.
They couldn't even give a reason. I guess they were planning to scam and rug me!!!

DO NOT BUY IN!!!
