I’ve been waiting almost a month to get my cash I’ve contacted support numerous times and they said they have no control over when I will get my money. I’ve lost more than I’m cashing it so I really don’t understand why I can’t get a little $200.

I banned myself for a year. I forgot I banned myself and purchase gold coins SC... I asked for my refund of $25 and they told me you can get it in a year all sales are final so basically they will allow you to ban yourself but you can spend as much money as you want because you're not going to get it back. i won 1200 and haven’t received a $1. i had an issue like this before it took them a week to payout. it’s now going on 4 weeks and my $500 is still pending and all the chat say is the redemption dept is still reviewing. i know for a fact i won’t get my money but they had no problem when i spent my $300 to get the $1300. the site is a scam do not use it

This platform is a joke. SpinPals Casino self excluded me and permanently shut down my account without my consent. It's been over a year now, and when I ask them to investigate they either never respond back or they lie and tell me they cannot self-exclude anyone and that I would have had to do it. From my understanding it's not a one step process and according to their terms and conditions they have to provide you with the proof and an investigation when asked. I was way up I had $13000, a live host, and instant redemptions. They also told me that since I self excluded myself, I forfeit all my SC. I tell you for sure I would not self exclude myself before I withdrew the money. Bunch of clowns. I am curious has anyone else had anything like this happen or been done dirty by SpinPals Casino?

After some successful wins, my store is completely nerfed and not only do I never get any promos or discounts, but for every dollar they charge, they're only offering me 0.75 sweeps coins (75% value).
