SpinPals Casino Reviews

Great site, easy to win 🙏

Spinpals has turned out to be a wonderful place to spend my free time. They have all the latest arcade games and slots. The have a great loyalty reward system and fantastic bonuses. I'm always winning at Spinpals. Oh and the redemption time is between 24-72 hrs. Not including weekends or holidays.

I have had a great experience with SpinPals Casino. They have a great selection of games which are both exciting and affordable, plus they do pay out. I recommend using their platform.

Spin Pals is the absolute worst casino experience thus far! Waiting on a $400 redemption for 5 days is ludicrous! All my other redemptions have been instant from them and now that I hit some money everything from them is slowing down! Plus the $500 a day $1500 a week and $3k a month redemption limit is a scam in itself if you hit a big jackpot, it will take forever to even get. I won’t play here anymore after this. And customer support is terrible and avoids you at all costs. Please avoid spin pals!!!

If they pay out I’ll come back to update this review!

I play many social casinos and spin pals has been a favorite to tinker with early on in the platform there were issues with credits not being applied from winnings but they comped me SC as they did due diligence to review and rectify any issues I contacted support of. They are a 5 star in my book as I’ve redeemed successfully 100s of SC with no issues up until now 10/09 I placed a SC redemption push to card waited contacted support after status changed to success I was told it must be waiting time on my cards side but contacting chime they’ve said no transaction showing. Im hoping Columbus Day is why things seem to be at a pause if that is the case I will update my review and rating shortly after contacting chime again.

Redemptions take forever. I’ve been waiting for 3 days after they approved it and still haven’t hear anything. If you’re playing for GC it’s fine but if you’re a real money player, be prepared to wait much longer than almost every other social casino for redemptions

Good pay outs could use better bonuses but I recommend

Warning!!! This site will take all your money! I have been playing spinpals for over a year and its went from good to bad to ugly. They do not value their customers. You could spend thousands before ever seeing a win. They do not ever return coins like 100 sites give a percentage back. They wont throw you a bonus for your losses. Its a disgraceful site and the only reason why they have 4 stars because they get honest reviews like this removed. I hope others see this before it gets taken down. My review is not based off of some bad luck. Its based off of what feels no different than robbery. Might as well throw your money in the garbage. Much better sites to play. Spin pals is absolute trash!

I’m trying to add bank account to redeem 400 buts it’s saying internal server error don’t play here

First of all do not gamble at all its a horribleaddition, but if you are not going to listen to that at least dont play here. Redemption time is super slow compared to others. Redemption only allows 500sc. I won 15000sc but Redemption still hasn't gone through for the first 500sc and they are dragging it out until I lose it like they did with others on here. I spent thousands and finally won only to not be able to cash out is the ultimate punch in the gut. My happiness went from ecstatic to depression fast. Its been so long I lost the 15000sc. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. If you're really bent on playing, myprize.us cashs out 3000sc a day and it was INSTANT. These sites prey on addition to never let you cash out. I have not found a single site that allows a full cash out if you get a big win. These sites also target underage gamblers, I have seen kids in school play because its targeting the younger generation to get new addicted gamblers.

SpinPals has become a joke. I loved this site for their fast redemption times but they’ve gotten slower and slower. Been waiting almost a week on a measly $100 redemption. I reach out to support multiple times a day and alls I get is them telling me that it’s processing. I have cancelled it and played a little then started it over again and still nothing.
Don’t waste your time
UPDATE: it’s been a week and they have stopped responding to me. Terrible business practices

I've seen some of the glory days of online casinos and this used to be decent site for dailies and deals. The landscape in this spear is vastly changing and getting greedier and scamming by each passing month.

They had quick redeems and good games. Now they seem like they are just banning the daily users that are not losing to the casino. I collect the dailies, play through them, then cash out. Never added monies, they will ban your account and not tell you anything but 'breached terms'. This means that you didn't lose enough to the casino. Massive scam, don't play here. Don't waste your time.

Still waiting on my redemption, first put in on 9/27 didn't receive it, cancelled and put in again 2 days ago, nothing so far and customer support is HORRIBLE! Now they are just ignoring me. Update- 10/10... Still waiting 🙄🤦🏻‍♂️

I have been a very loyal customer I’m even VIP and have my own host . Lets talk about everytime you deposit 50 no matter what game u play the first 50 is always dead spins .To get Scatters is nearly impossible , if you play a game that requires a pop trust me you will not get anything until whatever requires to pop is gonna pop their is very Rarely a natural 6 links ever . Literally no matter what game you pls you will not get natural 6 links u less u play .20 cents once you get a bonus there is no “back to back “ or ups have 6 links or ups have Scatters it will most likely take all your few pennies back that you won . I played super hot chillies today I made over 400 plus 1$ spins please tell me why I never one gotten 6 chillies nor did the chilli pile pop once . I did get on over 400 plus spins free spins 2 times on 1 $ one was for a full 5$ and the other for 21$ and that was literally 1 spin hitting out of 10 free spins both times . I used to liek this casino a lot that’s why im VIP but let’s be real I have never cashed out more then 5 times while I put who knows how much money in there . Very bad game play each time you play , customer service tells you the same thing oh it’s random number generated which I get but 400 plus 1 $ spins and I have gotten nothing back is extreme weird especially when this happens literally on every game you play .

I was so happy with this site. Got a bday bonus and won then got the money I won w/i 2days. Awesome site. Everyone needs try it. One of the best sites with variety of live and slots.

Games have been alittle tough lately but having a great vip manager makes these time better. Sam foster is the best.

Do not trust this platform.. At first they do instant redemptions on like $100 to earn your trust…. But then they stick it to you when you have a larger redemption. I played in this casino just for that, the instant redemption. Now they have me waiting like a week on my redemption and it still says pending.

I bought a package that had 50 free spins on an exciting new game! When I tried to get the free spins it said I was out of reign. So I let support know.. they gave me free spins that had no bonuses or free spins.. (the bonuses and free spins are the excitement of the game and the only reason why I pay for packages) and when I asked Ciara if she can trade them for something exciting (keno sucks, no free spins no bonus) she said no and I had to deal with it.. I didn’t get what I paid for and she didn’t even try to help. Worst service ever!

I used to love spin pals because their redemption was nearly instant, however, once I won a good chunk of money, they had me fill out tax form, & then immediately slowed down how long the redemptions took for me to receive it. I won this money back in June and it is now September and because of the $500 at a time limit paired with the fact that it is taking 14 days plus for one redemption to come out of my account, I still haven’t even received half of what I’m owed by them. I reach out every single day to contact Support and they give me the same generic information so it is just a surprise if and when I ever get my money. Because of this horrendous deal and how long this is taking I honestly do not recommend spin pals anymore.

By far the worst Scam out there, this is the absolute worst and most fraudulent platform in the entire industry, don't waste your time or money playing at this Scam, DeadSpinpals or Scampals as they are commonly known because of the unfair gaming practices implemented on this fraudulent platform, they are an overseas based company that operates outside of regulations and industry standards with little to no oversight, they have several hundred BBB complaints, it's public knowledge just take a look for yourself before you make a purchase here, these are real people with real legitimate BBB complaints from their real experiences with this fraudulent platform, Players Beware Do Not Play at DeadSpinpals or Scampals or they will steal your money, that's what they do and that all they do 24/7, that's why they have already been banned from over half the US market, they need to have a class action lawsuit filed against them and be shut down permanently
