Stay Far Away Unethical Practice
Don't rely on this sites score I promise you all they operate in a severely unethical manner which to me is criminal. But here it goes
I am beyond frustrated with Spin Pals and how they handled my situation. I reported an unauthorized and invalid purchase immediately, made them fully aware of the issue, and even pointed out how their own terms of service applied—yet they still refused to fix it, refund it, or return the funds to the proper account.
What’s blatantly obvious is the double standard. They were more than happy to accept the money when it benefited them, but if this had been a redemption or payout, they would have hidden behind their terms and denied it without hesitation. That level of inconsistency is unacceptable and speaks volumes about how they operate.
This was not a gray-area situation. This was an illegitimate transaction, and they were informed right away. Instead of taking responsibility, they chose to ignore the issue and keep the money. That is not just poor customer service—it feels deliberately dishonest.
At this point, I have zero confidence in this platform. I will be escalating this through every available channel and making sure others are aware of how this company handles situations like this. Proceed with extreme caution if you are considering using Spin Pals.
I have the support tickets, documentation, and chat transcripts to back all of this up. If anyone would like to see the evidence, I am willing to provide it upon request

They took money that they did not have a legal right to keep. And if that is in Accordance with your TOS then thank you for proving my point. You operate unethically keep money that doesn't belong to you and then hide behind a wall of BS TOS that didnt apply since the transaction was in fact not legal..

Banned a week after cashout. Enjoyed the site, and played cautiously, but they decided to not tell me why they banned me. I actually got my minimum redemption, but I'm not sure what the problem was. Buyer Beware
Took my money and banned my account. By the looks of it, this has happened to many others as well. I am in contact with support, but know how this kind of stuff usually goes, so not really hopeful. Banned one day after I redeemed from them, while I still had a balance that I was waiting to redeem today. Support did not notify me I was banned and refuses to provide me an exact reason why I was banned. When confronted, they stop responding to me. I will be contacting my bank for a chargebacks of all payments that equal the balance I had on their site

Shady Practices
They closed my account for winning on a game they created and put on the site. No refunds no nothing. They also give no warning if they pull out of your state and lock you out. They also have banned players randomly with no warning. Scam site, do not trust with your money.

Literally played one of their missions and apparently I made too much money so they banned my account. Shady company, shady practices.
They had a glitch in one of their games and they are blaming the player. Don’t trust their response.
