I purchased a puzzle through them, that turns out to be a fraudulent knock off. It came with no poster to work on, the pieces were very low quality, and the box was tiny. When I reached out to the puzzle maker Yetch, they confirmed it was a knock off, and that spiritukal did not have license to make it. Spiritukal ignored any mention of it being knock off, and offered me $5 off. Oh and they over charged me by $10 on my initial order, over what the checkout said it was. STAY AWAY.

This company is a lie and a farce. I placed an order with them in November 2025 for Christmas and still have not received it. I have asked that they credit my account and refund my money to no avail. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will steal from you. They are China based snd once the order supposedly gets to the US they blame US Postal Service for failure to deliver. All I want them to do is credit my account! It’s not a hard thing. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is worth even one star. BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORFER GROM THIS COMPANY…

I ordered 2 "flying" cat bird toys. Ad shows cats running all over trying to catch the flying toys (NO STRINGS). I received them and was excited to have my cat play with them. I spent over $40 for 2 tiny birds that DO NOT MOVE. I believe this site is fraudulent and a scam. Then, when trying to contact by web supplied on email receipt, they wanted to charge me $70 to talk with someone who was going to "walk me through" the process. BEWARE ON ALL FRONTS!

Poor communication, no response, false promises. Stay away.

Terrible service, I emailed the team about 6 times over the 2 month period while I was waiting for my order, they clearly didn’t look into it and kept telling me it was on it’s way. When I finally got fed up and said I was disputing it with my bank they actually looked into it, it had been delivered elsewhere and then returned but won’t go back to them. So if I want the goods I would have to pay due to their loss of product! Horrible service, I couldn’t have given them more chances.

I ordered what I thought was a cute gift for my grandkids for Christmas. Item was allegedly sent from Croatia on 12/12/2025. In is 1/15/2026 and no item has arrived. I got a notification from the postal service that I had an item with illegal postage yesterday. This company is 100% SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!

Worst company ever!!!!! They use inaccurate item advertisements. Do not trust any of its products if you value your time and money.

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NEGATIVE ZERO STARS. SCAM FROM THE WORD GO. SAID ITS COMING FROM HUNGARY AND GAVE A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. BEEN WAITING ALMOST A MONTH. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SENDING A COPY OF ALL OF THEIR BULL SHIT TEXTS TO THE FBI IN WASHINGTON DC FOR ATTEMPTING TO PERPETRATE A SCAM AND FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE ASS COMPANY.

It has been months since I ordered and PAID for an item. The tracking system is suspicious by now. It says it was shipped from Italy, and no approximate date to arrive in the US. I'm starting to think this is FRAUD.

Product quality, shipping fees, arrived too late, no instructions.
DO NOT do business with this scam company in China.

Keep telling me after 2 weeks that my order is in Switzerland. Was in China before. Gave fake tracking number.

I placed my order three weeks ago, was told it was in Ireland, customs, didn’t hear anything tried to track through Fed Ex, they couldn’t find the tracking number. I reached out to customer service and they said it was in China! They are lying, thieving scammers. DO NOT BUY anything through them.

You have the wrong address for my delivery, you have a very old address, I have not lived there for 6 years.
How do I fix this and give you my NEW address?

Fraud. Reporting to District Attorney and BBB, etc. Ordered off social media, DUMB but we get scammed! realizing the Ad shows a completely different product. Says its “in transit” for months.

Almost 2 months since placed order, finally received email stating was delivered… but to the wrong city from address input. ‘Support’ sent a DIFFERENT tracking website and package number than had originally and have received nothing with no help at all.

I ordered a Multifunction Car Anti-Slip Mat🚗Black. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have it. They changed the information in the tracking software to show delivered, however earlier that same day it was still in a totally different state. PASS THE WORD, THEY’RE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I will never see the anti slip Matt!! I’ve tried contacting them several times but I get nothing other than the run around. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I wish they had negative stars available. I ordered a 3-Pack of a bra tunic shirts. Only a single shirt was eventually delivered. One shirt not 3. I contacted their customer service who keeps insisting their shipping department said the order was correct. When I suggested they compare the weight of their shipment to the weight of 3 shirts they will see their own proof, they offered me a $3 refund. Since I pd $36 USD for 3, this was obviously not acceptable. They are horrible to deal with. Pretty good scam….get paid for 3 but only send 1.

Placed an order 2 months ago, keep getting the run around, refuse a refund, in the same day sent 3 emails, one was in customs, then in my area, then delivered last month. This is a scam website!!! Do not order. China just robbed me of my last 40 they will ever see and yes it comes from China. Oh and also I was sent an email about tariffs was another excuse. There needs to be a lawsuit

credit card charged through PayPal which I do not use because I had trouble with it and the charge was $10 and some change more than the price and shipping. Still waiting order was placed on 3/10. Had I known they were out of the country I would not have placed the order.

My wife ordered storage containers, they were great! She ordered a bunch more.... it turns out there are 2 versions, one good, one worthless. Both containers are on both web pages. So they appear to be the same. Not so. After a couple emails, trying to return them, their solution was for us to give the useless things away and they would refund $7 (they cost about $40). The warehouse is in China, too expensive to return them, they said.
