Horrible
Horrible! A total waste of time. You send all information, and they say everything was verified, then you get a letter saying couldn’t identify identity. My credit score is 778. They did it twice. I do not recommend this company

The overall experience was good
The overall experience was good. The Splash loan person made sure everything was taken care of with the lender. A better introduction to the Splash loan person would have been nice because I just started receiving emails from him without any kind of proper introduction and those emails sometimes need to contain sensitive information. I felt more comfortable over time but it felt weird at first not knowing this person and having not talked to them at all and needing to share all this info about me.
