the issue that occurred this morning I was shocked that my balance is so low feel like my all ETH are gone.
27.8 ETH -> 2.8 ETH remaining
25 ETH is disappeared!!

there is 27.8 ETH which is a big amount that I have in my balance and I woke up in the morning and I saw a 0.00 amount of balance and I got shocked and I refreshed the website and I saw the balance is changed to 2.8 ETH in the balance and this is a very embarrassing moment that I have experienced.

There is no history on my side to investigate the issue.
I wanted them to investigate my activity and possibility of a hacker or something like abused situation.
(Logged in IP country, chip dumping) I did Livechat and they told me to wait till the investigation(same talking). I've sent many emails but yet a reply with the clear solution.

this is urgent situation that big amount of money 25 ETH (over 40K USD) is disappeared.
I am so very shocked and I cannot understand how could it be possible from global official betting site?

Decide to write a review after being told by my friend there is a channel to spread a message to the whole world that this website is definitely a scam. they can block your account anytime and your money will be gone without an appropriate reason.

I had 4xxx usd in my account and I cannot withdraw them last year and I was notified by the CS and they said I had multi-account, but WITHOUT ANY PROVE OR EVIDENCE.

I registered in the office, put one bet which lost. I was asked to pass verification. I uploaded the documents on the site, they were accepted, then they asked me to follow the link and do almost the same thing. As a result, my account was blocked and my money was taken. My bet was lost and I didn't even get my deposit back. They are scammers!

Edit 7 days later: my withdrawal was processed after 72 hours, altough I had to ask for it again in support chat. So the third time I asked it was processed, while the two previous instances I was told the payments department is working on it. The funny thing is my WD was available for cancellation all of those 72 hours, so it kind of seems like they were not really working on it and instead just waited hoping I'd cancel it myself. However, if they actually were working on it and spent 72 hours of employee salary on something that I could cancel at any second and all that work would be in vain, that it doesn't speak fondly of their processes. In the end I got paid all my winnings, but beware playing here if you can't or don't want to wait 72 hours for your winnings.
