Hi Andrew,
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe.
The week leading up to your review, Royal Mail was experiencing unexpected delays, with some parcels taking longer than usual to be scanned into their system and delivered. Unfortunately, this meant that some orders were not progressing through the network within the normal delivery timescales.
As there is no order number or email linked to your review we are unable to check our records regarding your order. We would be very happy to look into this further if you could contact us directly at Support@sportstradingcardsuk.com with your order number, so that we can investigate what happened.
We always aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide a reliable service, and we’re sorry that you feel your experience fell short of these expectations.

Hi Michael,
We’re sorry to hear that your order did not arrive within the expected timeframe. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when you’re waiting for an order to arrive.
We would like to clarify that your order was dispatched by us within our stated processing time. Unfortunately, at the time of delivery, Royal Mail was experiencing unexpected delays, with some parcels not being scanned into their system or delivered within the usual delivery timeframes.
While these delays were unfortunately outside of our control, we fully appreciate that this does not make the experience any less disappointing. We always do our best to dispatch orders promptly and work with our delivery partners to ensure they reach our customers as quickly as possible.
We have refunded your postage and can see that your order was delivered the day after this review was left. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What a shop!!
What a shop!!! I have been buying online from Sports Trading Cards UK for a few years and decided to take a trip to the shop in Edenbridge Kent, a lovely shop with amazing memorabilia and a great collection of singles to flick through and boxes to see. There's a sofa to sit and rip, Jamie, Corey and James were super kind and easy to chat to, I was even offered a coffee! Great place to visit!!
