Tickets got canceled a few days before the event - I paid £440 for the tickets. DO NOT USE . Total scam.

Ils ont annulés mes billets 48h avant le match, billet que j'avais acheté un an avant.
Explications plus que bancales pour ne pas dire qu'on se moque clairement de moi. Un site soit disant revendeur certifié, aucun retour du service client.
J'avais réservé mes billets d'avion, de train, d'hôtel et ca bien évidemment, ne sera jamais dédommagé. Et je me doute bien que je ne serai jamais remboursée non plus de mes billets.
Je ne recommande pas du tout de passer par ce site de scammer.

The Mrs bought tickets to the LFC United game and they sent an email saying they can’t font at the seller and will give her a credit. Ridiculous from them scammed her of 1.2 thousand

Only left one star as there was no option for no stars.
Let down with derby tickets 2 days before the game which was played on the 19th April, paid nearly £500, still no refund, just get a reply saying they are looking into it, don’t recommend using these due to not being able to supply tickets and also not refunding my payment, which they have had now for close to 6 weeks. Even Everton don’t recommend using companies that are not registered which the club, absolute fraud of a company, do not use

First time using the service so I wasnt familiar with the process and how it worked in terms of ticket delivery. As such I was a bit anxious when I didn't have tickets in hand at time of flying for the game! But the guys on live chat and email were super responsive, reassuring, patient, and tickets were delivered on the morning of match day. No issues. Will use again.

I bought three tickets for the Manchester United vs Bradford match. We were traveling from abroad but the match date was moved and we couldn't get to the stadium. Although the purchase confirmation states that they don't refund money if the new date doesn't suit us, they offered to try to resell the tickets and refund part of the money, which we agreed to. The match has ended but we still haven't received information whether the tickets were resold or whether we received the tickets we paid for, regardless of the fact that we couldn't come. So we paid 390£ for the tickets but we never received the tickets we paid for, and the match is over.

So I booked my tickets for the Merseyside Derby on the 14th April at the cost of £390.
I was travelling up from Cornwall on 8 hour journey only to receive an email cancelling my order.
After sending several emails without any response.
Shocking treatment and beware of this scam.

A experiencia foi boa, só não foi ótima porque não ficou claro a forma de envio do ingresso. parecia que seria no hotel e isso me deixou inseguro, quando esperava eletronicamente. Mas, ao final isso se confirmou.

I ordered tickets on April 17th, one day before an important Tottenham match. They were emailed to me the next morning. I had excellent email contact from the seller. I highly recommend them!

Company is a scam paid for liverpool deby ticket I emailed chasing tickets , kept being told will have them 1-3 days before event , after 1 of my my emails 2 days before event they messaged me say sorry no ticket now , refund 1 -20 days , this was a present , company not replying to emails or phone calls , avoid as a scam

Awful service no communication and cancelled my tickets for the Merseyside derby 2 days before. Now have to wait for a refund that won't be issued instantly.

Stay way clear

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing tickets for the Leeds game. We were told tickets would be delivered 1–3 days before the match, but with less than two hours to kickoff, we still hadn’t received anything.

I emailed three separate times and tried calling the provided number (+44 203 151 0940), but there was absolutely no response. With no communication or reassurance, we were left stressed and unsure if we would even get into the game. Because of this, we had to scramble and purchase alternative tickets at the last minute.

To make matters worse, the original tickets finally arrived just 90 minutes before kickoff — with no apology, explanation, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.

The lack of communication and reliability made this an extremely frustrating and stressful experience.
Unfortunately, this fell far short of expectations.

Overall, an awful experience and not one I would recommend. Stay well away

Standing outside Old Trafford now, 2.5 hours before kickoff. Tickets never arrived. Highly disappointed. Tried calling and emailing all day and no response. Would never chance it woth them again. This is the 2nd time tickets didn't come through, and still waiting for refund from first time. Never again.

The communication with the office was very quick and easy and e-tickets were sent instead of post as the order was close to the time of the event. Very good customer service!!
