Sport Tickets Office Reviews 

I’ve used the Sport Tickets Office twice now, and both times my tickets were delivered safely before the match. Prices are fair, and I liked that they kept me updated on delivery. I’ll definitely use them again.

Purtroppo ho fatto l'errore di comprare dei biglietti da rivenditore NON ufficiale.
Ho speso 400£ per 4 biglietti e 2 NON erano validi.
NON vogliono ridarmi i soldi perchè mi chiedono "evidenza" che non erano validi.
Farò qualunque cosa posso, perchè ripeto MI HANNO FATTO PAGARE DUE BIGLIETTI NON VALIDI. RIDATEMI I SOLDI!!!

I would give 0 stars if not a negative if I could. Do not buy from this company ever, do not trust them with your money.
I bought F1 tickets in April for Monza in September and they failed to provide them, even though they guarantee no later than one day before. Numerous emails stated one day before at the latest, so we gave up with no email from them, and then suddenly with 55 minutes to go they emailed with tickets and of course we hadn't travelled there as they had stopped replying to me over 24 hours before. They clearly picked these up last minute, literally as they emailed them and then claimed the money and refused to refund or even talk to me when I explained that was not as stated in emails and of course we hadn't gone to stand outside the track just in case, as they had failed to communicate anything. Appalling, do not buy from them

I've used STO on a number of occasions to source tickets for Premier League games and all I can say is they're superb! Easy to deal with, great communication and decent seats. I'd recommend STO to everyone.

Only downside was that we were worried we wouldn't get our tickets, I ordered them one month before and got them on the day of kick off after sending an email.
Plus side, my tickets to Anfield were upgraded to sit/stand in the Kop end which was fantastic.

was very concerned about the negative reviews - applied for two tickets for the Arsenal v Athletico Madrid game on the 21st October 25 as no luck through the ballot or elsewhere - was promised electronic tickets would arrive 1-3 days prior to the match - got to match day and still no show - used live chat and must say we got a very quick response -reassured tickets would arrive - tickets finally arrived at 1pm on match day so we were sweating - suffice to say, they were decent tickets, both seated together and a great game. Would just be nice not to have to wait until the 23rd hour for confirmation - my nerves can’t take it !

Horrendous experience, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Sport tickets office sell tickets they do not have and then mark them up further after you have purchased in order to further maximise extortionate pricing
They promise tickets will arrive 1-5 days before the event, yet in practice they leave you hanging on wondering where your tickets are until the day of the event
They then email you saying they can’t provide the tickets you’ve paid for but they have managed to secure some for more money, and for you to pay that to be able to go to the event. They do this so close to the event that you don’t have the opportunity to do anything else other than either not go to the event, or just pay the money.
I used this company for tickets to go to a Liverpool game in the UK as part of a Christmas present and had planned a trip around the event. To experience this really soured what was to be an exciting day for me was really disappointing
The stress of not having tickets until the day of the event, plus the absolute lack of communication and then to hear that the huge price we have already paid is going to further increase for us to be able to get the tickets we have order is frankly disgraceful. If I could do more to put people of using this company and to claim back the extra pricing gouging that happened I would. PLEASE DO NOT USE
*Addition* All the good reviews are fake - all saying 4 or 5 stars and commenting on how it would be better if this tickets came a bit sooner. They’re all fake. I left the above review in January and they challenged it and had it reviewed, and it was removed. There would be hundreds of reviews that are negative and have been removed.
To reiterate, this company is an absolute fraud, worst company I have ever dealt with. I will keep reposting this review every time they unfairly remove it to hopefully stop you from having the same terrible experience I had. Please avoid!

I have been fighting this company for three months now. Have now referred me to trip advisor again for to readjust my review. It’s now even worse than my first experience and I’m still fighting to get my money refund. They emailed me 24 hrs before my football tickets were due and told me that the tickets could no longer be supplied, but funnily enough, if I paid more money I might be able to purchase more expensive tickets? I subsequently declined their offer and accepted their offer to accept a refund for the tickets purchased. Nothing was heard from them about my refund till one hour and nine minutes before kickoff… only to to be told that my tickets have been emailed to me. Now, although I accept that the tickets finally turned up I would have to argue that I was completely ripped off as they wanted me to pay an even more ridiculous amount.. I am still fighting to get my money back via my credit card company. I had to cancel hotels booked at considerable cost to myself and family and am annoyed that a refund has not been given. I would advise people in future to book with more credible companies and avoid this one like the plague. Absolute rip off!!

1 Star – Buyer Beware
Terrible experience. I bought Arsenal vs Leeds United tickets, only to be told later that the supplier failed to provide them. The company promised a refund in 1–20 business days. That deadline has long passed, yet no refund has been received.

I have emailed multiple times, including a formal follow-up on September 22, but they simply ignore me. This is unacceptable. They failed to deliver the tickets, failed to issue the refund, and failed to communicate.

I will now be escalating this with my bank and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Tickets to a Formula 1 event were sent in electronic format six hours AFTER the event had started. Plus the tickets that were paid for and confirmed were substituted with cheaper tickets at a completely different tribune location. Customer service unresponsive. Terrible experience.

Acquistati a luglio 3 biglietti per il match di Community Shield Liverpool vs Crystal Palace del 10/08/2025 a Wembley. Conferma ricevuta immediatamente. Biglietti arrivati la mattina stessa del match, dopo miei numerosi e inutili solleciti dei giorni precedenti. Arrivato allo stadio, mi viene comunicato che i biglietti sono FAKE, consegnandomi un modulo per richiedere il rimborso attraverso il servizio antifrode della VISA Credit Card. A tutt'oggi non ho ottenuto nessun rimborso. Leggendo anche numerose altre recensioni simili alla mia, non capisco sinceramente perchè questo sito non viene chiuso dalla polizia. Si tratta di una compagnia di truffatori, che vende biglietti che evidentemente non ha e che cerca poi in qualche modo di reperire all'ultimo momento.

If there was worse than 1 star I would give it. Bought tickets in October 2024 for the last Everton match at Goodison in May 2025. At 2pm the day before the match they sent an email saying “tickets no longer available”. We had a hotel we could not cancel and despite a letter before court action and at least 3 emails saying we’dbe refunded, no refund. No communication either. Seriously do not riskusing this company. How they gat 5 star reviews I have no idea.
