I have just received the Giantz 20”…
I have just received the Giantz 20” 62cc which I ordered because I had bought a Giantz 24” 62cc last year which I was very pleased with how it worked. The only problem with it is it didn’t come with the Spikes for hooking into a log and I’m hoping to be able to find one somewhere that will fit.
I am extremely happy with both of the saw’s except the 20” one would be better with a 3/8” pitch chain because it has plenty of power to run the little bit bigger chain.

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. My item never showed up. I emailed, I rang and left messages and I never got an answer. After a few weeks I emailed again and I finally got a reply. I was told my item had been dispatched and then returned back to sport zone!!!! I had to beg for information on what to do next. Crap service. Crap company. I’d never buy from you again. You need to step up and when a customer reaches out to you , you need to respond.

A Bit of an Effort...But Worth it
The order process was very simple and easy.
The delivery was quite a slow process and the courier didn't update the tracking very often, the Chainsaw I bought took 2 weeks to arrive, and I guess that's not too bad.
The saw was simple to put together, but the saw wouldn't start , but I persevered and finally after a lot of mucking around and setting the gap on the sparkplug to the correct gap, it fired and the OMG what a beast!!! I cut through the logs I had to cut up like a hot knife through butter, I am totally pleased with my Giantz saw. I do recommend you check the spark plug is sparking before you do anything else.

Happy with my purchase

Purchased a very nice floor/reading lamp. It’s perfect for what I wanted. Easy to assemble, sturdy construction, should last a lifetime. Gives a really good light for reading under.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. The item was not sent from NZ but Australia and 15 days still not arrived nor anything has changed in tracking details (sender is preparing the parcel). I send a number of emails and messages and all I got is " the parcel was sent and we will make an inquiry". Not sure who screwed it up the post or shop but I am not happy at all and I am requesting the refund. I will never purchase anything from this shop again.

Im Not Happy
I’m not happy that I ordered this airbed from them. I thought it would be coming from an Auckland warehouse and I asked specifically if it gets shipped from Auckland. They wouldn’t answer my question with a straight answer and then I get the tracking number for it and find out it’s coming from Australia. I feel deceived and now I don’t want the airbed as it won’t be here when I need it. Just be straight up with your delivery dates, this is deceiving.

We used this tent for a family camping trip and the space was excellent. Everyone had room to sleep comfortably and still keep bags inside. Ventilation was good at night and it felt sturdy throughout the stay.

Disappointing Tree
Update 18/12 there isn't a button to change the colour on this tree that must relate to a different tree. However Sportzone have given me a full refund so cudos to them for honouring the warranty.
Just received my Jingle Jollys 1.5m fibre optic tree. It is very disappointing. Not only are the branches more sparse than expected but the colours bear no resemblance to the ones shown in promotional photos. My tree is just blue and green, where are all the other colours I should have ? . Not worth what I paid for it.

Privacy blind for caravan
Sport zone were really good to deal with, they confirmed they had stock, and dispatched straight away. Which is where another company had let us down.
We found them by chance on line, they were a relatively new business and we were glad we found them. Definitely our first go to for sports and camping equipment we need.
