However, the app experience isn’t always consistent. I’ve noticed occasional playback glitches, especially when switching between devices. Offline downloads sometimes fail without explanation, even though the content was previously available.

Another frustration is how frequently the interface changes. Features move around, settings are renamed, and it can feel like you’re constantly relearning where things are. Not a dealbreaker, but annoying over time.

Spotify is enjoyable and has great content, but the app itself can feel a bit unstable and over-designed. It’s good, just not as smooth as it could be.

Quitting Spotify because my password was changed or hacked ,, but why would anyone hack a music account!?
Not like they couldn’t find my playlists publicly!!
Then no one can help me get back 14 years of music?
Then your company doesn’t care about its customers at all!
So I quit Spotify and definitely would not recommend it to anyone !

Spotify is very good, the music is high quality, and very practical

posting for a friend, service feels like a total scaM AND probs ILLEGAL

it seems like they’re using stolen accounts and just tossing people into random family plans!! you'll get premium for a few days after upgrading, but then you’ll get kicked off by the ACTUAL account owner

HONESTLY, just get a few friends together and make your own spotify family plan. It’ll cost about the same, OR even less, AND at least you won’t be part of something shady af

Title. Also opened a support ticket, no response. Complete waste of $15.

It seemed to have worked for a while, but now the support leaves my tickets with no response at all, and their parent/partner website does the same. The new Spotify.ax website has multiple bugs and dead links.

Service is a scam and illegal.

They aren't what they claim to be.

When it stops working they just dont care. They always come up with some great excuse.

After you upgrade you keep premium for some days and then you get kicked out by the owner of the account, wich suggests that these accounts are pretty much stolen and they just add you into random people family subscriptions.

Just get some people together and make a spotify family subscription it's more worth it than this service, it will be the same price if not cheaper and at least you wont be participating in something illegal.

I thought this might be a great page because I had good experience with accountbot.io.
Sadly the payment is still processing 3 days after paying with bitcoin.
I have opened a ticket just now. If they respond I'll update my review.

Two weeks ago I've made the payment..
Got multiple responses and chatted a bit with them. Last Response 6 days ago was "Notified.".
Yesterday I sent a message "I'm still waiting..". Still not response. I probably just got scammed.

5 more days have passed, still nothing. They are just ignoring me now.

FINALLY! They responded and upgrade worked successfully. I now have Spotify premium. Sadly took almost a month.. hopefully it will last a bit.

I mean they're legit but when your account stops working and you need a response don't expect to get one, expect to pay the $5 for a new account. I've had a support ticket open for several days with no response, but my order for a new account was completed instantly. Hopefully this review can get some attention and I can get that replacement.

The service work occasionally. The problems start when you have to speak with the support to make a replacement. The will never answer and if they do, they don't offer any solution. Stay away from them.

Your answer is just a joke! I still wait for you to reply to my ticket since 16.01.2023! So yes, people must stay away from you.

I bought 2 keys, neither of them works I opened a ticket still without answers and impossible to join their discord for more help.. two keys gone in the wind
