Great experience!

Honestly I felt hesitant to pay upgrader.CC for anything because of all the bad reviews here, and quite frankly, I feel glad I took the "risk" and paid because it worked flawlessly exactly as they said it would.

Chose my purchase, immediately got a redemption key, uploaded the redemption key to the site along with my spotify login info, less than 10 minutes later, the account is activated on Premium.

Service is great, after new update really straightforward and working. Within this price i do not understand the bad reviews at all, its definitely not a scam. When your membership stops working you have always option to add one more time. This time added me and few of my student friends and most accounts are working for 6 months+. Support is a bit dull but in using platform is not needed. Satisfied, as cheaper alternative worth it.

A family member successfully bought from this website years ago, but my own purchase three days ago was not honored. I initiated the payment procedure and paid exactly as asked to the specified cryptocurrency address, however, the Upgrader website never registered the transaction. I then contacted Upgrader via email and by submitting a ticket, including the ID of the crypto intermediary used by Upgrader, a screenshot of the page, as well as the blockchain URL confirming the transaction. I have not heard back from them or received anything despite the website claiming they issue replacements within 24 hours and refunds within up to 3 days.

Bought lifetime license. Gave log in info. They activated it. After 3 hours got email that I’ve been removed from Family plan. Contacted support. They “restarted” my key, and said activate on another account (because you can change Family plan on your account only once per year). Ok, I created another account. Gave log in info. They activated. After one hour again got email that I’ve been removed from Spotify Family members. Contacted support again. They say that I need to create third account and try again. After response how I’ll be guaranteed that this situation wont happen again support just dissapeared. BE AWARE! Total SCAMM!

scam site do not buy scammed for reseller package

at first, i upgraded my existing account **that has premium before**, so obviously spotify kicked me out. then i create another account on t***@in***.com email, signed in on my device, upgrade, kicked out again after 5 minutes. i create yet another account on spotify1@ti****.org (my custom domain) on firefox desktop, upgrade it, wait 5-10 minutes, then finally sign in that account on my devices. and it works fine ever since.

There's something Important to clear: no, it's not a fraud. Yes it works. Is it perfect? No, but you gotta understand the concept: they add you to a random cracked family plan, and the only thing you can hope is that they don't realize that somebody got added to their plan. I use upgradder.cc since over 4 years and sometimes it lasts 1-2 years, sometimes 2 days. But you can ALWAYS renew the key, people who says you can't just don't know how the website works. It's automatic too, you don't need to contact support.

I’ve had to renew my Spotify Premium three times this year. Now I can’t get it to work at all. Beware!

It sold my spotify account to some random person. Do not trust this service. Premium also lasted less than a week.

I bought a key of Premium Spotify Lifetime in July 2024, they gave me 2 replacements and then they stopped, finding the excuse that the emails I provided were linked to an existing account!!!!

Bought a supposedly lifetime Spotify key. They added me to a family plan , the account lasted two weeks before my premium account was disabled .
I used the online process to renew the key and I was added to another family plan . This one lasted 2 days .
Again I renewed the key and a third time my account was disabled after just 2 days .
I contacted them via their website asking for a refund , new key , help but none were forthcoming . I was given generic answers such as to try again .
My advice is don’t bother using this company , your account wont last.

I have bought a key over a month ago, tried to upgrade already for over 20 times, succeeded once, got revoked by spotify the same day, and since they trying to renew the key and try again, but always get "queued" and nothing ever seems to happen.

Support not helpful at all either, just says to try again, like I did not do that yet......

EDIT: Eventually after about 2 weeks, I could obtain a working key

It actually works, I have Spotify premium now. Great service 👍

The service is exceptional and fast.
Customer service, however, awful and slow with unhelpful answers (if you can even call them answers).
Complain about a key not working, and you will be asked if you have tried using the key to see if it works, or something in the lines of that.

4 stars, I've had multiple accounts for me, friends, and family upgraded with this site. In MY PERSONAL experience I've had about 2 accounts last over a year! My personal account lasted about 2 years and then i upgraded it again in January of this year. I'm kinda bummed out that they're out of stock right now because I've got some more accounts i need to upgrade but its been a good tool for me in the past and i hope to get back to using it again soon! :)

I've used it before and was great but I recently had to use it again and lost access to my account got no email for password or email change but it's telling me my password is wrong and when I have them send a email for rest it I don't get one. My phone also has my password saved so I'm not typing it in wrong which I've checked many times too. Don't use them! You can lose your account. Maybe use a new account you wouldn't care about. Lesson learned sadly.
