We all know that choosing a POS is a big decision and the new way of life being a SaaS product. I wasn't a fan moving from an older POS that was bought and paid for to a monthly subscription fee service. But it has been 7 months and I can tell you it has made a difference to our operations and ease of work flow. From the implementation, to the support- SpotOn has answered every question and given sufficient support on all requests. As in any change, there were bumps but none too large that offset our operations. Michael L - our cusomer success manager has followed up with many small items. My AM - Jim has given support past the sale (which many in sales know that is not common). I hope a year from now I can still look at this review and agree the change was beneficial.
