I ordered a big bamboo, lots of salvias and some lovely heritage pots. Everything arrived perfectly (was impressed by the packaging, particularly the dissolvable packaging peanuts!!). Very happy with my products and speedy service. Would definitely order from Sproutl again.

I ordered a large terracotta planter. It was very well priced and arrived within 48 hours, very carefully packed. I could not have asked for more.

Looked everywhere to find some garden pots to match what I already had, without luck, until I came across Sproutl.

I ordered with ease and paid a small delivery fee considering they were delivering to South Wales and the pots arrived in pristine condition - well wrapped and double boxed.

I purchased a houseplant (Sansevieria zeylanica) for my flat from Sproutl recently. It arrived within 48 hours (as per their "delivery promise") which was amazing - and, it came SO SAFELY packaged! There wasn't even a grain of soil spilled, and the packaging was all recyclable cardboard/paper - no plastic rubbish.

The online selection looked great, and it was useful to filter by "houseplants". I hear they're constantly adding new products so will be keeping an eye out for my next purchase.

So I was going to buy about £80 worth of pots, get all the way to check out and suddenly the postage charges go through the roof. Turns out each pot was being delivered from somewhere different and they wanted me to pay for postage from each location. Not being funny but when postage charges are half as much as your item charges there is zero chance I’m paying that. Not at all clear during the listing that you pay separate postage charges because the items are all from different places. Won’t waste my time with these lot again

Excellent service. Saw a lovely garden recliner and the price was lower than some competitors. Delivery within 24 hours was really remarkable.

The staff were helpful in getting the issue with my order resolved. Sadly my order arrived and it wasn’t quite the quality I expected but they were very efficient and understanding in helping me. Ordered bbq top pizza oven, price more competitive than most other websites. Only took three working days to reach me, was well packaged and when I contacted customer service with a query they were very quick replying. Would use again and recommend to others.

I enquired about purchasing a couple of Heritage cylinder pots a few weeks ago. None in stock at that time, but I received an email a couple of weeks later to advise that they were now in. I purchased two. They arrived exceptionally well packaged, and exactly as described. The team at Sproutl kept me posted on delivery progress. After a lot of online searching I finally found the plant pots I wanted on Sproutl and ordered three matching ones. Unfortunately Sproutl's supplier only had two available so the team got in touch with me and arranged for them to be delivered - immaculately wrapped, in perfect condition and ideal for the job - before chasing up the supplier for another one. The delivery driver did just leave them at the front door though! The Sproutl team kept in touch by email but it would have been more immediate to provide a tel no as well for enquiries. I'm very happy with the pots and will go to Sproutl site again in future.

I ordered a couple of items from Sproutl recently - some secateurs, a watering can, and a forsythia weekend plant. Everything arrived in great condition the day after I ordered it (well, I ordered on a Friday and it arrived Monday). I was so pleasantly surprised with now well-wrapped the forsythia was - it has a lot of delicate branches so wasn't sure how it would do in transit. What's more, it was in exactly the right condition. The buds were about to open, but were still closed up so I wouldn't ruin any of the flowers while planting. In the end, I got the plant on a Monday, and it was in full bloom by late-Thursday. I don't know how Sproutl times these things, but I'm appreciative of the care put into delivering plants in exactly the right state for gardeners!

I bought a fabulous citrus tree, it was packaged up beautifully and arrived really quickly!

Sproutl was really easy to use and navigate, providing recommendations of what my citrus would need and what pot it would fit in.

Overall a great experience

I have ordered a plant pot on two occasions from this website and on both occasions received an incorrect item. Email communication has been very slow and I have been waiting for the last 10 days for the incorrect item to be collected and my refund has yet to be processed.

I ordered a plant pot for my Mum's birthday at 4:30pm on a Monday and it arrived around 9am on Wednesday morning. It was carefully packaged with "Fragile" stickers placed on the outside of the box and plenty of packing material to prevent any damage in transit.

I always think that selling gardening products online must be one of the most logistically difficult businesses to get right, so it's great to see Sproutl doing this so well.

Overall fantastic service, really pleased and I will definitely be using again!

Ordered a large ceramic outdoor pot for my garden! I was worried that it would get damaged during delivery but it came perfectly packaged! Delivery was quick too! Would definitely shop here again!
