SPV have great communication skills. From my initial conversation with Nicole who was very knowlegeable and helpful to Gary and then with the installers. I was kept informed of what was happening every step of the way. The company were able to do a site survey without any intrusion. The installers were friendly, efficient and tidied up after all the work. Nicole was able to do the SEAI grant application and it was processed very quickly. Thank you Niccole. All in all I would highly recommend SPV Energy to install solar panels on your roof. Mine look very sleek and unobtrusive and hopefully will be worth the investment in the future. Thanks again SPV Team.

Today Spv Energy installed a Solar PV system in my house in Clonee, from first contact talking to Nicole and Gary, the service was just exceptional to say the least

They even hovered up my house when finished and you would not know I got so much work done in my house today.

We received a recommendation from my brother-in-law to consider SPV Energy as he was very impressed with his own installation. We, similarly, found the firm to be extremely prompt in their initial response to us. They were able to tell us within a couple of days as to how suitable our house was for the Panels. Our aspect is East/West Facing and allowed for 8 panels on each side. Nicole in the office was extremely efficient and courteous and lined up all the necessary paperwork for applying for our Grant. We were, simultaneously, getting electrical work done on our house and the Company liaised with our Electrician, which made for a very smooth installation when time came. On the day, the team arrived on dot of 8 am as agreed and the work was efficiently carried out. When all was complete, we were given a lesson on how to get the best value out of our panels on a daily basis by studying the Eddi Diverter. It was nicely situated on the top of our landing where we can access it with ease. All in all we were very pleased and have already recommended this Company to our friends. From initial consultation to final installation SPV were completely professional.
They submitted all required forms and made the application for grants and FIT setup with ESB networks for me.

SPV Energy installed my PV system and Zappi, and I would recommend them to anyone considering a solar system installation. After engaging with a few companies for initial quotes and information, I found SPV Energy were the most knowledgeable, helpful, professional and were competitively priced. Nicole, in the office, was always courteous, prompt in replying to queries and kept me informed through all stages of the process, including organising documentation for grants.
The installation team were onsite within a couple of weeks, and had the system up and running within hours. They were very neat and tidy, cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain how the apps worked. A fantastic team, and a pleasure to deal with.

Really detailed spec. I had a lot of questions which were answered truthfully and helpfully. SPV came the day they said they would, and put in good quality materials which an app that makes it really easy to monitor energy use. Solar panels vastly reduced or eliminated how much we're taking from the grid, and at times we sent energy to the grid... Even in late November! Really great company to deal with. Would highly recommend

We are over 40 years in our house. As you can imagine there has been many instances of repairs and installations of aerials, new bathroom etc but the provision of solar panels (14) by SPV has been the smoothest piece of work ever done. From the time I was advised of the best layout and price agreed the whole thing went like clockwork. Nicole kept me reminded of when work would commence and right enough the installers arrived on designated day on time . The installation was done with no disruption in our house and you would never know they had been here when they departed , everywhere spic and span. Another reason to recommend SPV is the fact that they come with everything they need and never request anything . Nicole did the paperwork for the grant and I am enjoying watching the meter going backwards.

I got SPV Enegry to install solar panels for me Templeogue Dublin 16 I must say they were very efficient in every way Nicola kept me informed once I had agreed a price with Gary Crosby when they would arrive etc they put 10 solar panels on my roof with battery back up and installed an EV charger this was all installed in one day Pat Halpin

From the very first enquiry through to installing and grant application, every single part of the experience was excellent. Nicole in the office was super helpful and gave a date for installation upon approval of quotation. The guys duly arrived at 8am on the agreed date and completed the work professionally and tidily. The installation from the tradesmen was 1st class. Carpets hoovered at the end too! All done inside a single day too. The system was explained and demonstrated upon completion and the app loaded onto my phone. I'm now enjoying the benefits of producing and exporting my electricity. For anyone looking to get Solar PV installed, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SPV Energy and in fact have done so already.

we had specific requirements for the layout to maximise south facing roofspace. The installation was exactly as requested. The project management was excellent with adherence to the agreed programme and the team were well organised, efficient and tidy!

The company gave me an early installation date and got all the equipment installed in a day. SPV also guided me through the SEAI grant process well. I have already recommend SPV to a colleague at work. Prices are competitive and equipment was good quality. All in, very happy.

I would have no problems recommending SPV Energy. We had 10 panels installed back in June and the process was so easy and straight forward. After arranging an install date the guys arrived at 7:55am and got to work straight away. I was working from home and barely noticed they were here until Emmet came to tell me they were finished. They left the place as clean as they found it and Nicole then was a huge help in getting our SEAI grant sorted. After doing quite a bit of research they were definitely the most competitively priced company also..

Gary and his team were excellent to deal with, installation was completed in one day and to a very high standard. Highly recommend them.

I had an 8kW system installed on the 22nd of April. A very neat job and done quickly. The issues started after about a month. The entire system would trip out on overvoltage protection when there was intermittent strong sunshine. I contacted SPV, and received no help. Luckily I'm an electrical engineer so I delved into the settings and limited the amount of voltage the invertor could send to the battery. Problem solved, for a while.

After a few months it was obvious that one battery wasn't going to be enough to cover my electrical load. Having finally managed to get SPV to supply and install a second battery after enduring constant stalling, the overvolt problem returned, however this time it was just the warning alarm, it never tripped out. The second battery also has an issue where it charges when it wants to, not when it should. It will often sit at 93% and won't charge despite excess energy being exported to the grid. I informed SPV of this straight away, but was still sent the bill for the second battery a day later. I again contacted them and made it plain that no payment would be sent through until the problems were resolved. A week later I was informed that they would send someone out to install a firmware update which should solve the problem. There was no explanation as to why the installers didn't bring the update with them when installing the second battery.

So two weeks pass, finally someone arrives out to update the battery, the update wouldn't install.....After 3 hours the man gave up and asked to take the battery with him to update it from the office, leaving me with the newer battery which charges when it feels like it. I stupidly agreed. This was last Thursday, I was assured the update would be installed the next day. The following Tuesday, the day of writing this, and having heard nothing, I contacted them again, only to be informed they hadn't even attempted to install the update and would "try to get around to it tomorrow".....

To sum up, they are only interested in getting in and out. Once they have your money they don't want to know. Appalling after sales service....Lesson learned....
