I have to replace these lights every year, which is a bit disappointing as the seem to dim over time.

Brilliant lights easy to set up, very bright lights, had three lots of these lights, will buy more when i need them, arrived very quickly at the right price

Easy to install and lovely and bright, exactly what I needed to ligjt my path at night

I have used this company several times before and always the products they supply perform well - they do exactly what they say on the pack

Lights are brilliant when they are first used but fade after a few months and need replacing. SPV say change the battery which I looked at doing but it means soldering on the new one.
Had to replace four so far as getting too weak to see where you are walking

Can't remember what I might have ordered (if I even did) or what emails I've somehow signed up to but their constant bombaring of my inbox with them means I'll never use them in the future.
As others have said, they have no interest in removing your contact details. Be very careful what you click on their site.

I will never ever use SVP lights again. Nonstop spam e mails. Cannot stop them, Keep Blocking them but they still keep comming. 2-3 per week

Bombard you with daily emails, tried to unsubscribe with no affect, contacted them through their contact page, just gets ignored.
Thankfully I can block them so it goes straight into junk and deleted.

I normally receive one marketing email daily from you, since your reply, today I have received THREE marketing emails from you so far.
Its not really working is it?
I will never order from you again!

Still no sign of these emails stopping, another four today. When are you going to get the message and fulfil your response to my review.

Endless marketing e mails,several per day for months and months.Unsubscribed without effect several times.Lots of other people have had the same issue and left negative feedback yet SPV deny knowledge of this issue.BEST AVOIDED!

Would you kindly take me off your mailing list please im getting your emails daily when i never subscribed for them your unsubscribe link annoyingly does not work so i would appreciate if you would put a stop to these unwanted emails which i have been receiving daily for the last 3 years.

Just a follow on to receiveing unwanted emails daily for 3 years when i didnt subscribe to.
SPV lights almost 3 weeks ago quoted, they will remove my details so the emails will stop, totaly false im still receiveing these annoying emails daily, they have not removed my details.
Also quoted they would get there unsubscribe link working, totaly false again the link still does not work.
Avoid SPV lights unless you want constant emails daily which one cannot stop by any means whatsoever it seems.

The unsubscribe link on your daily marketing emails does not work, as also commented on by several other people. Please fix this, as it does not make you look good. Here's a suggestion to the company: Try testing the links in your automatically generated emails yourselves!

Only give this company your email address if you like to receive LOTS of nuisance emails, EVERY DAY, without remission. I have used them, and their products are fine but can be bought just as economically from other sources. I have asked the company three times to take me out of their database. There has been no reply, apology or even acknowledgement from them. What I did get was a real increase in the number of junk mails. This has been going on for at least two years. GIVE THEM YOUR DETAILS AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Would give zero if it allowed. Bought one light 3 years ago . Ever since constant spamming of emails. Even after unsubscribing they still come. Absolute wasters detest this company now. Don't use

Spamming me non stop. Links to unsubscribe do not work, seem to have increased the spam by clicking on them.

Wouldn't mind but they didn't respond to my email asking why my lights had stopped working before the warranty ended.

I cannot unsubscribe from their emails. The unsubscribe link does not work. They have not responded when contacted them about this. I cannot log onto my accout without the corect password, but their system will not send me a password reset link.

Thank you for your response to my post. You want to look into the problem and ask for my details. if you give me your email address I will send them to you.

Spamming them with the same review every day the same way they spam me with junk emails every day despite me asking them to stop.

Do not buy from this company.

Daily spam emails, obviously from a bot, always around the same time. I have unsubscribed and requested to be removed from mailing lists and it's just harassment. I have a file of all the emails which I report daily to the ICO as they are breaking the law.

The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) cover the sending of marketing emails. This legislation says that organisations must only send marketing emails to individuals if you have agreed to receive them, except where there is a clearly defined customer relationship.

They panicked once and removed me from the database because I posted this every day on every review site. Looks like two can play at spamming again. See you tomorrow.

*UPDATE: They have responded telling me that the most recent email I received was not a marketing email. Well what is an email advertising 40% off sale items etc etc if it is not a marketing email?? Don't worry, I'll keep posting every day until you stop breaking the law.

SPV Lights are fabulous, unusual designs, effective and always work 100%, they have never let me down.
The customer service is excellent, they care about their customers and always put them first. If there is ever a problem with the product they replace them immediately.
I would highly recommend SPV Lights to make gardens brighter.

They expect you to pay return postage on faulty goods, which is completely incorrect as per Consumer Rights. In fourteen days time I will be filing Court Proceedings, this will undoubtedly wake them up and pay up when they see how straightforward a claim it is. Unfortunately for them, this will include all necessary costs, more than tripling the original purchase price. Most their items don't last the two year warranty. Purchase decent items elsewhere.

Love these lights. Best solar lights I’ve ever had. Iv wasted so much money on lights that don’t last long but these just keep going. Iv got them all around the garden. Perfect at night, Iv got a black dog and could never find her. Now the lights light up as she goes around the garden. I would definitely recommend to others. The only things I don’t like are the sticky pads that are supposed to hold them. Don’t bother with them.

You cannot unsubscribe from their constant daily emails. The link doesnt work and using the contact them link gets no response either. Have to resort to spam filtering them. Be warned once they have an email address they won't let go!
