Thank you so much for your wonderful and thoughtful review.

We’re delighted to hear that you’ve been ordering our lights not only for your own home but also as gifts for friends and family. That really is one of the biggest compliments we can receive. It’s fantastic to know they create such a beautiful display and that the changing jewel colours bring a smile each evening. Comments like yours make all the hard work worthwhile.

We also really appreciate you sharing your experience regarding the charging time. Solar products can occasionally take a little longer to reach their optimum performance, particularly after storage or periods without consistent sunlight, and we’re pleased to hear that, with a little extra patience, the lights eventually came to life and joined the party.

Thank you as well for your kind words about our customer support team. We’re pleased they were able to respond quickly and offer assistance while the lights settled in. Providing helpful, friendly support is something we take great pride in, and it’s lovely to know this made a positive difference to your experience.

Thank you again for your continued support and for taking the time to leave such a balanced and detailed review. We hope your colourful solar baubles continue to brighten your garden for many seasons to come, and we look forward to serving you again in the future.

Warm regards,

Thank you very much for your lovely review, Sheila.

We’re so pleased to hear that you found the lights to be good value for money and that they look so pretty in your garden. It’s always wonderful to know our products are helping customers create beautiful outdoor spaces, and we’re delighted you were happy enough to purchase a set as a birthday gift for your daughter.

We’re very sorry to hear, however, that your daughter’s set has stopped working after ants managed to get inside the light. While this is certainly not something we expect to happen, we understand how disappointing it must have been, especially as they were bought as a gift.

Our customer support team would be more than happy to look into this for you. If you haven’t already been in touch, please contact us with your order details and a few photographs of the affected lights. We’ll investigate what has happened and do everything we can to help find a suitable resolution.

Thank you again for taking the time to leave such balanced and honest feedback. We genuinely appreciate both your kind comments and the opportunity to improve where things haven’t gone quite as expected. We hope to restore your confidence and have both you and your daughter enjoying your solar lights again very soon.

Kind regards,

The SPV Lights Team ✨

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Brenda.

We’re absolutely delighted to hear that you’re enjoying your solar lights and that they’ve lived up to your expectations. Knowing that you’re happy with the product means a great deal to us.

We’re sorry, however, that the delivery experience wasn’t as smooth as it should have been. While we’re pleased your order was dispatched promptly from our warehouse, we understand how frustrating it is to see a parcel sitting at the courier’s depot for several days before delivery. Unfortunately, once an order leaves us, we’re reliant on our delivery partners, but we completely appreciate that this doesn’t make the wait any less disappointing.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ll continue working closely with our courier partners to help improve the delivery experience for all of our customers.

Thank you again for choosing SPV Lights and for taking the time to leave your review. We truly appreciate your support and hope your new solar lights bring you many evenings of enjoyment for years to come. If there’s ever anything we can help you with, our friendly customer support team is always here for you.

Warm regards,

Hi Tim,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met your expectations.

We also apologise for the delay in responding to your enquiries. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we’ll be reviewing what happened to help prevent it happening again.

We’re sorry the lights weren’t what you expected in terms of size and brightness. We appreciate that every customer has different expectations, and we’re disappointed these products weren’t the right fit for you.
