Poorly made cheap Chinese products
Poorly made cheap Chinese products. I have bought similar in Poundland, and they all failed within a few weeks as well, I expected better from this company.
Now they barrage me with emails daily and I can’t get rid of them.
If you’re rich and want to throw money at this overpriced rubbish, go ahead, but you’ve been warned

Brighten up your garden at night
Really pleased with my fairylights and wall lights lovely glow on the five wall lights we put along our side extension and the fairy lights around the fences look amazing they stay on all night until dawn i would definitely recommend them

Order arrived quickly and lights look lovely wound around a large shrub.
Just hope these lights withstand the winter rains in the South West unlike previous lights I've bought through this site and were not replaced.

I bought 2 128 led lights, I have bought these before and they are a excellent product. They are a great price and the delivery is very quick, they are easy to set up with easy to read instructions. They give off a brilliant bright light and are great to put in areas around the house and garden where I have no electric power points. I am very happy with them. Thank You.

I have purchased 28 lights from this…
Update, it is now 17th August and I still haven't received anything back from SPV !! they have my returns and money, no resolution or communication .. the customer service is so bad -
Just wanted to update everyone it’s now 30th July and I still haven’t heard back from this company !
I would say customer satisfaction and service is all for social media no execution - if you buy something you expect it to work for the two year guarantee provided ! I have purchased 28 lights from this company - 3 stopped working outside of the returns date and are in the bin. 5 stopped working and i paid for the return. Been with SPV now for over a month and despite agreeing to a refund nothing has been actioned. I don't have the lights or my money back. Seems like the lights work for a while then let water in and break ! email replies are 1 in 5 mostly ignored. Wouldn't recommend SPV products or company to anyone sadly.
Upon receipt of Trustpilot reply from SPV ( which is appreciated) I have shared the data requested 7th July. (still no updates to my emails I might add) will share when I hear back from SPV so others are aware how quick this route to customer service is resolved.
Still no replies to email or on here … how dedicated are the customer service despite the comments from them ? I honestly would not reorder anything from this company. The products arrive and work but then one by one fail - since writing this review more lights have broken sadly

Very pleased with the lights
The first ones were damaged in the post, I do think the packaging could be better as they were just in a thin cardboard box but SPV replaced them and second lot arrived safely. Very pleased with the lights.
