Try getting a refund from these people. Very frustrating as ongoing exchanges simply mean they fob you off.
Despite refusing various refund offers l am still waiting having sent the items back tracked as they requested.
My patience is running out but l won’t give up. Their attitude is deplorable.

Having big trouble with a neighbour resulting in a horrendous verbal abuse attack, police involved who said it is our word agianst his (he denied any wrong doing ~ a vile pathological liar!!!) & we were advised to get a cctv camera with sd card. Looked / researched online found spyfocus, stupidly did not do research as I uually do. Ordered ONE camera, email sent through the night for FIVE cameras TOTALLING £167. I have phoned my bank who told me 1 payment had gone through for one item of £26 the rest was a subscription!!!! NO NO NO would NEVER EVER sign up for a subscription. They are taking it very seriously & initiating a fraudulent claim. I HAVE NO DOCUMENTATION TO SAY I SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION ~ THEY HAVE'NT A LEG TO STAND ON.

I purchased the spyfocus mini camera and before I could connect the camera , l had to go through a sign up for Total AV which offered me £1.99 for first month and then £11.99 a month thereafter .There was no mention of this on advert for camera.I stopped right there and mailed the company on 11th may requesting how to return the camera and get my money back. After several mails , I did receive a mail on 13th may requesting me to do a survey which I duly completed and then they would initiate refund. I then received a mail on the 15 th may saying since they hadn’t heard from me ,they were marking the problem as solved. I then sent them mails protesting that this was not the case and requesting my money back but to no avail and the last mail I sent was on the 18th may. My treatment has been unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this company! Elizabeth Wendy George

Service is absolutely horrible. There has been almost no communication or proper update regarding my purchase since the payment was made. Immediately after placing the order, I emailed to inform you that the delivery address was incorrect, yet nobody seemed to care or even attempt to help. Instead, I was simply told that the order had already been shipped.

How does an order get “shipped” literally minutes after purchase? That makes no sense at all and feels extremely suspicious. It honestly looks like customer support just wanted to avoid dealing with the issue rather than provide actual assistance.

I have spent a significant amount of money and the entire experience has been stressful, frustrating, and completely unprofessional. Customers deserve clear communication, transparency, and proper support — none of which I have received.

At this point, I seriously regret purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I ordered a camera, then realized in 3 hours it could not be used as there is no wi-fi. I e mailed and requested to cancel. The response was it was already packaged and ready to ship. They said I could return as soon as I received the order. Every day for 7 days I requested tracking information with no help at all.
Finally, I called customer service ( a live person) and she immediately canceled the order.
So my point is, they are dishonest and good luck trying to get a valid response.
The customer service gal was very understanding and helpful, but I do NOT

Sehr undurchsichtige Geschäftsgebaren. Es fing schon bei der Bestellung von 3 Kameras an. Ohne einen vernünftigen Warenkorb wurde meine Kreditkarte plötzlich 3-fach belastet. Stornierung der Bestellungen unmöglich. Ich erhielt dann insgesamt 10!!! Exemplare. Der Support ist ein Witz. Mir wurden drei Angebote unterbreitet. Wenn ich die Ware behalte. 1. 25%, 2. 45% und dann 70%. Ich habe 90% verlangt, worauf mir endlich eine rücksendeadresse in Bremen mitgeteilt wurde. Die Rücksendung wurde umgehend veranlasst. Einen Teilbetrag wurde mir bis heute erstattet. Ich habe eine rückerstattungsfrist bis 20.5.26 eingeräumt, danach werde ich Strafanzeige wg. Betruges erstatten.
Bleibt zu erwähnen, dass es sich bei den minikameras offensichtlich um billigware handelt. Finger weg vor diesem unseriösen Anbieter !!!!

Der Checkout ist so konzipiert und mot Zusatzabgeboten überfrachtet, dass man den Überblick verliert und diese Angebote nur ganz schwer wegklicken kann. Am Ende war mehr bestellt als gewollt. Der Service besteht aus einem Chatbot, der in Sekundenschnelle die Textbausteine rausballert....
Ich werde alles nach Erhalt direkt zurücksenden...

Werde Anzeige erstatten keine Kommunikation in Deutschland. Email angeblich nicht verknüpft. Kamera wie bei anderen schon beschrieben nach kurzer Zeit runter.

The product did not work as advertised. Difficult to set up and when contacted to return product , company email refused to accept same. When contacted for a refund, the company claimed the 30-day period had lapsed even though they were informed of the non-working product a week after it was delivered. All in all, a big scam!

Have paid around $200AU for 3 cameras. Nothing was delivered , no knocks on the door by a courier, no delivery card in my mailbox. No tracking info provided.
All of my emails got robotic or AI generated replies.
Requested refund, no reply

Habe Anzeige erstattet, wie von den anderen Betroffenen schon ausreichend beschrieben. Wollte den Kaufvorgang abbrechen , ging nicht zu spät. Geld wurde von meiner Visa Card abgebucht, obwohl ich noch nicht mal eine Bestellung aufgegeben habe. Unglaublich!! Es müssten alle Strafanzeige stellen.

I ordered the cameras based on ads that showed the camera as an A+ and showing it easy to set up and start using. These ads are very misleading. I was able to get one camera paired with my phone using an old 2.5G network but the app had so many popups that it was unusable. It was obvious that this was not the product that was advertised. The phone number on the credit card statement was not in service. Email was the only way to contact them and they won't even talk to you about a return until you take a survey which I now suspect allows a virus onto the computer.
At first, I was told there was no order under my email. After I gave them the confirmation number, they offered to give me 25% back. Then 50%. Then 70% all the while I told them that my internet is 5G and these cameras don't run on 5G. (They don't tell you that upfront.) I copied all these emails and filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Bei der Bestellung einer Minikamera waren auf der Bestellung auf einmal mehrere andere Artikel aufgelistet. Keine Möglichkeit zur Korrektur. Sofortige Stornierung wurde abgelehnt. Sehr unseriös, Betrug ist offensichtlich.

I bought 2 mini cameras, but also was charged for duplicate unauthorized purchase of same order...which I tried to cancel within 15 min, even though website said it's possible to cancel in an hour, but I was not allowed to cancel it claiming that order was already submitted, and from support team I was told I have 30 days to return them, same day when they arrived I sent email about return but their policy is "unopened and unused" so if any issues arise, people get stuck with product, to try them you have to open box and use them...to set them up it's impossible, APP is in Chinese, a lot of pop us, confusion with registration, I was thinking to register for free membership, but realize it was membership for LA paper, some music app, etc. I had to cancel my credit card because I thought card might have been compromised by putting # and info...
simply put, junk, junk, junk...don't buy,
to get a refund customer have to pay for shipping and it goes to china so I received refund of 25% which would hardly cover shipping and then worry that package got lost and I still would get stuck with product...

Spyfocus they are so rubbish, I still waiting for my package after I paid extra for special delivery.
I purchased a mini camera and all now it hasn't arrived, which am very disappointed and annoyed.

Between them and the delivery company EVRI they won't refund me for the parcel that is well overdue.

Please be careful of those two company, especially Spyfocus, they are a con artist, very conniving.

The animated system answering my email, and keep repeating the same irrelevant reply.

How do I get my refund from the sender and the delivery company Evri.

Das ist Betrug,die Kamera ist bei voller Aufladung 30min on,dann ist der Akku leer,Betrug,und das zurückschicken geht auch nixht

Die Rückgabe der bestellten Ware ist fast unmöglich. Unmengen von E-Mails, in der Regel in Englisch, keine genauen Informationen seitens der Firma. Ob man das Geld zurück bekommt ist auch noch nicht klar.
Bei dieser Firma nur nicht bestellen, was versprochen wird stimmt nicht.

Unfassbar, was da abgeht. Habe über die Website bestellt und nur wenige Minuten später storniert. Antwort; Stornierung nicht mehr möglich, da die Ware schon verschickt sei.
Dank Paypal habe ich das Geld zurück. Trotzdem habe ich noch eine shipping order nr. Bekommen.
Lasst bloß die Finger wegvon dem Laden!
