Alles Betrug. Bei der Bestellung werden im Hintergrund weitere Bestellungen hinzugefügt und man kann den Warenkorb nicht einsehen. So entstehen Bestellungen die man nicht vorgenommen hat. Nach Abwicklung mit PayPal erscheint sofort versandt. Kontakt mit der Firma ist unmöglich. Also Hände weg von dieser Betrüger Firma.

If I could rate as zero I would. Ordered on 26 Nov. nothing received. All the options to contact the supplier do NOT work. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

SCAM!!!!

They advertised the camera as being cheap and i was over charged by $70 !!

The camera turned up and we could SEE SOMEONE ELSES HOUSE!!!!!! Absolutely horrific company told us because it was out of the celefone we could not return and have been offered a refund of $20 !???? Absolutely a joke and also concerning that we see someone else’s house …..

UPDATE
As I had no reply I issued a dispute with PayPal. I had a reply from the Spyfocus within 24 hours and after being offered a 25% then 50% refund option I have now received a full refund.

AVOID. Company offers 30 day money back on the goods. Website is unhelpful and offers no procedure other than to contact them by email, online form, WhatsApp or phone, none of which will get you a response other than an automated one. I had to contact PayPal before I had any proper contact with anyone. I have been offered to keep the goods for 25% of the cost which will be for the items only, not the warranty charge that they added to the bill without my consent. I have declined their offer and am still waiting for a response. I will escalate with PayPal for a refund and see what happens. Wished I had read the reviews on here first. Lesson learnt!

I went on the site to buy 2 cameras,I was using PayPal to buy them,when I got returned to the site from PayPal another window pops up saying if you buy more cameras they’re cheaper and it wanted me to order 4 more cameras,then another window pops up wanting me to buy sd cards that I thought came with the purchase,I got so confused at that point I closed the site without finishing the order and around 30 minutes later I was billed for 51 dollars and 97 dollars without ever finishing the order,what a rip off.im working now to get my money back

Hände weg von dieser Firma! Die Lieferqualität ist schlecht, das Gerät ist mangelhaft und die App praktisch unbrauchbar. Auch die Bildqualität ist äußerst enttäuschend. Der Kontakt mit der Firma ist reine Zeitverschwendung – man erhält immer die gleiche Antwort, egal wie oder was man schreibt. Entweder werden meine E-Mails angeblich bearbeitet, oder – wenn man sich gar nicht meldet – wird der Fall einfach geschlossen. Ich kann wirklich jeden nur davor warnen, hier etwas zu bestellen.

Lieferung war okay, App und App Bedienung
nicht zufriedenstellend ! Kontakt mit Lieferanten sehr schwierig! Emailadressen teilweise nicht erreichbar!
Kontakt über Paypal aufgenommen, danach problemlose Rückabwicklung des Kaufs erfolgt! Rücksendung an den Lieferanten allerdings auf eigene Kosten!

I bought 6 of these having read positive reviews which must have been fake. Spent hours trying to connect, didn’t know they needed SD cards. Got a friend to try - failed too. Total waste of time and money but unfortunately too late to return. DO NOT BUY these prices of crap! If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Kamera erhalten und mit magerer Beschreibung und einer sehr schlechten App, alles in englisch erhalten. Und das nach drei Wochen Postweg. Die Qualität der Kameraaufnahme und das Handling sind sehr schlecht, so dass ich die Kamera nicht haben will. Nun stehe ich vor dem Problem, wie das beworbene Rückgaberecht wahrzunehmen. Mein Tip: Hände weg von diesem Produkt und dem Anbieter!

So eine Betrügerfirma.
Ich kann den Bewertungen hier nur voll und ganz zustimmen.
Mein Glück war wirklich nur PayPal Zahlung, sonst wäre ich auf sehr hohen Kosten,bedingt schon durch das sehr Omnimöse bei der Bestellung,sitzen geblieben.
Für mich heißt es jetzt immer, erstmal hier bei trustpilot nachschauen.

Absolute rubbish! They do not work. Followed all instructions and watched videos! Called to return. Was told to click a link in an email to complete a satisfaction survey and then reply to the email for the return address and instructions.

HOWEVER, The survey Q`s are cleverly worded. You CANNOT tell the truth "The item doesn't work"
You're only options are...

Ordered too many items
Ordered item by mistake
Change of mind or no longer needed
Delivery was delayed or took too long
Attempting to change the order before delivery
Order confirmation email not received
Order tracking number not received

SHOCKING!! By doing this the buyer cannot tell the truth and say that the item is defective. And they can then pass the blame onto you because its all your fault!

The reason it is your fault is because you took the cellophane off (unwrapped it) so it is now used! OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE TO DO THIS TO SEE THAT IT DOES NOT WORK! But there is no option to say that!

They don`t reply to you after that! I am reporting them to my bank now, getting them blacklisted as many times as possible seems the only way to deal with these scammers.

I WILL UPDATE THE REVIEW IF I GET ANY FURTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Keine konkreten Angaben zum Rückversand.
Immer wieder seltsame emails.
Problem an PayPal unbedingt melden.

Wie diverse Nutzer vor mir, Hände weg!!!Habe gerade storniert, Glück, weil ich mit paypal bezahlt habe und die Rückforderung über Paypal sofort veranlasst habe. Die Rückbuchung erfolgte innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Kommunikation über die angegebene e-mail Adresse läuft ins Leere. Auf meiner Bestellung erschienen auf einmal Posten, die ich nicht bestellt habe, u.a. eine Garantieverlängerung.

Akku sehr schwach es handelt sich um eine billige Ware. Produkt ist minderwertig und kann nicht mit App gekoppelt werden. Finger weg.

Same experience as everyone else. Saw advert for top cameras, ordered 1 camera for £20, got 2 cheap rubbish things and they added on money for all sorts that were not asked for, ending up at £70, money taken. Tried to cancel, refunds etc., ended up having to write it off to (bad) experience. Avoid at all costs as it will cost you dearly!

Man kann den Rechnungsbetrag bis zur Abbuchung nicht mehr einsehen. Dann wird ein höherer Betrag abgebucht mit einer Versicherung, die man nicht abgeschlossen hat. Ich habe sofort das Problem bei Paypal gemeldet und hoffe auf Rückzahlung.
Wie man aus den weiteren Bewertung ersehen kann, ist das hier eine Abzocke und schlechte Ware.
