Finger weg von diesem Kauf . Man bekommt keine Bestätigungs Mail und kann nicht anrufen . Volle Kanne Betrug . Es gibt eine Telefonnummer in Deutschland inder Oberpfalz , aber immer "zur Zeit nicht erreichbar" .

Purchased this and discovered within 15 minutes that I had been a victim. Do not purchase. They charged extra money on my Visa . I did not purchase any other product. They did not cancel my order within 15 min of purchase. They had not shipped at this point.

Ripped off badly! I was so upset as soon as the emails arrived from these liars. I was charged three times and instead of costing me $100AU it was almost $400AU. I immediately contacted my PayPal and stopped all future payments to these cheats. I felt sick as soon as I could not cancel the orders. I just got an email days later, today, saying it’s shipped. But what am I going to get, and have they taken my money for deceiving me. They said , Add a card. They said get express shipping. I am beyond disgusted because I could not cancel my order immediately anywhere on their crappy site. Warning: Do Not Buy From These Scammers!!!

Ich habe 3 Cameras gekauft . Bei allen hält der Akku nur 1 Stunde . Sie funktionieren nur in Verbindung mit einer Steckdose oder Power Bank. Rückgabe nur über Support , der aber nicht zu erreichen ist. Rückgabe außerdem nach China auf eigene Kosten und erst nach Code durch Support. Zudem ungeeignet zur Überwachung eines Hauses,da der Bildausschnitt sehr klein.Habe nun viel Geld verloren . Gute Bewertungen auf der Webseite sicher Fake.

Billig Schrott, absolut unbrauchbar und billig.

Habe die Bewertungen leider vor Bestellung nicht gelesen. Produkt ist minderwertig und kann nicht mit App gekoppelt werden. Habe Rücksendung beantragt. Mir wurde 25 % Preis Nachlass angeboten. Werde weiter die vollständige Rückzahlung versuchen.

I placed an order for 3 SpyFocus cameras. Within 5 minutes of placing the order, received a text message of how an SD card would be needed for each camera. Of course at an extra fee. I immediately emailed them, now 17 minutes later and asked they delete the order and why. The first email said the order was typically filled within an hour - great, as it was only 30 minutes at this point. Then more emails that said it is packed and shipped! What? So now I need to deal with the return and disputed charge because they think I'll keep the product so I won't be bothered to return. No way this order couldn't be cancelled. Terrible Customer Care.

It is a SPAM. Do NOT buy their mini camera. It is another fraud from China via Lithuanian people.

An absolute scam The camera would not connect to any allegedly compatible device. All instructions were followed correctly. If I had known the company's correct name I would have found these appalling reviews and given these scam artists a complete swerve. They have been reported to Paypal. I have demanded (as per our statutory rights in the UK) a full refund and requested the return address, which once obtained I will add to Trustpilot. The reviews on TechTrends are obviously fabricated. Also, they added an an amount to Paypal for an extended warranty, which was not requested.

Man kann den Kauf nicht einsehen, werden weitere Artikel angezeigt muss auf weiter drücken und kommt nicht zurück. Eine sofortige Stornierung wird nicht angezeigt und als versendet gemeldet. Selbst werde ich den Empfang ablehnen. Sie schreiben 30 Tage Rückgabe. Alles betrügerische Absichten um mit unserem Geld zu verdienen. Finger weg von Bestellungen!
Wenn PayPal einmal angeklickt ist kommt man nicht mehr heraus, jeder Versuch zurück zu kommen eröffnet eine neue Seite mit Artikel die dazu bestellt werden. Die Seite um PayPal abzuschließen wird nicht angezeigt aber sofort als gekauft geschlossen.
PayPal müsste noch eine weitere Sicherheit einbauen um solche Betrügereien entgegen zu wirken oder eine schnelle Stornierung ermöglichen.

So ein minderwertiges Produkt hatte ich selten gesehen. Was aber noch schlechter ist, ist der Service bzw. die Abwicklung für Retoure und Reklamation.

Eine cam gekauft und sofort wurden unterschiedliche Abbuchungen vorgenommen was mich dazu brachte beim trustpilot nach der Firma zu schauen!… habe sofort storniert und danke PayPal das das Geld Stunden später ruck überwiesen wurde🙏🙏Finger weg kann ich nur sagen!

Scam, sadly didn’t read reviews. Do not buy. Made in China comes from somewhere else. Looking at reviews absolutely no comeback.

Basically my complaint is the same as everyone else’s. Bought these cameras based on a website saying they were the best. Then I read the reviews, tried to cancel within half hour of buying these and was unable to. When the cameras turned up they were cheap looking, never connected to wifi no matter how many times you changed your password to try and connect. Initially they offered me a 25% refund and keep the products which then became 50% when I said no, that became 75% and only became a full refund when I got paypal involved. It also took quite a few emails to get a return address which I did return as they do not work. Do not buy these products.

Be very careful with this dangerous site. I made a purchase before reading customer reviews - after I read the reviews I quickly proceeded to cancel the card payment - lucky for me the transaction hadn’t been processed due to insufficient funds but Spyfocus had managed to place a standing order for more than €140 on my account for a single one time purchase/payment and the transaction was on hold until the account was in funds!!! I cancelled the card and damage was avoided.

Immediately I ordered this camera I checked my bank statement.
I was charged nearly £11-00 too much. I queried this immediately as I did not agree to pay for postage or an extended warranty and I couldn't cancel the order as it had already been shipped. WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF PLACING THE ORDER!!!!!?????
After discussions with my bank they advised to cancel the credit card as they suspended a SCAM.
11+ emails later I agreed to a 75% refund, which I surprised to get, and retention of the camera.
I have tried to set the camera up but to find it will not work with a wi-fi frequency of 5GH, even if the wi-fi emits on both 2.4GH and 5GH.
None of the above is stated on their advertising, which is probably against ASA standards.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Eigentlich gar kein Stern ichhabe innerhalb 20 min.storniert angeblich war es da schon verpackt und das auf einen Sonntag. Habe dann das Geld über Paypal zurück geholt. Dabei habe ich festgestellt das ich der fa.angeblich eine einzugsermächtigung für monatlich 127€ erteilt hab.ich war entsetzt! Gott sei Dank hat Paypal mich daran erinnert.Hände weg von dieser Firma. Sie gehen nicht auf deine Malik ein sondern fordern dich auf das Paket erst einmal anzunehmen! Es ist nur ärgerlich!

Absolutely terrible company, if indeed it is a company. I ordered a small camera which I tried to cancel an hour after I paid for it and was told that was too late. 3 weeks later it arrives and I paid just under £46 for a plastic camera, with no attachments. I've been contacting the company now for 24 hours to find out how to return it with absolutely no success. They keep sending me emails asking me to do a survey and then absolutely nothing. I have reported them to my bank in the hope that my bank could get a refund for me. **** do not use this company***"
