Underhand practices and poor communication
These guys purchased a guitar from me on reverb portraying themselves as private individuals and not a business. After the guitar arrived with them they found a few issues with it and provided a quotation to correct them. As a result I agreed to pay them back a partial refund to make the necessary repairs. All communication then ceased and subsequently I see the guitar for sale on their business site at a considerable mark up and the description saying how good the guitar is which is not what they said to me. The moral of the story is don't trust these two faced conning snakes.

It is quite disheartening to admit that we are extremely frustrated because we had initially proposed to give back the guitar to you, considering it was inaccurately described. In order to retain the guitar, you proposed a partial refund to us. We did not exert any pressure or manipulate you to agree with this deal, regardless of how much you may claim otherwise.
Actually, even though we bought the guitar for £1030 and spent over £300 on repairs and parts, we will still suffer a financial loss if we manage to sell the guitar at our reserve price of £1450 after considering all the additional fees. Therefore, I kindly advise you to exercise caution in your future approach when reviewing businesses.
In addition. To avoid any confusion for potential buyers, we follow Reverb's request and use a separate account to make guitar purchases. This way, we can maintain separate feedback for our purchases and sales, helping us appear more reliable. Furthermore, since this was an online transaction, there was no prior communication required, thereby eliminating the necessity to clarify whether we are a business or not. It's quite unexpected that you initially rated us with a 5-star feedback on reverb, but later, after finding your guitar for sale online, you left a 1-star review on Trustpilot.
In case you feel remorse for selling the guitar, please don't hesitate to contact us. We would be more than willing to give it back to you, as mentioned before. Based on your lack of communication, it leads me to believe that you do not, right?
In the future, please exercise caution when reviewing businesses until you have all the facts and information

This guitar is exactly as advertised. As I live in the U.S. it took a little while to get here clearing customs and so forth. 8 days to be exact. The setup on the guitar is superb and I am a very happy customer!

Worry free online purchase

PRS USA Tremonti Blueberry Burst
Purchased a tremonti core USA from Jack. Good negotiations, excellent communications and great customer service. Guitar arrived as described and simply was the best packed guitar I have ever bought. Would buy again from them especially for unique and rare guitars you can’t get elsewhere.

I purchased a stunning ES-175 from SP Guitars but unfortunately there were some issues with it. However, SP Guitars were extemely helpful, and covered the cost of repairs by a luthier.
