Excellent service - a very rapid response to my query with a personal touch. Rapid delivery and impressed with the product.

Following ACL and PLC reconstruction surgery, I used the squid go to relieve pain and swelling. Genuine aid for my recovery, very grateful to have had this from the first day home post surgery. The item arrived with a lovely note, free travel bag, and tea mug. Highly recommend!

This is a brilliant piece of kit that you will never be sorry you bought. As a physio travelling with winter sport athletes, we have had the benefit of having a squid unit for over 10 years. Lightweight for carrying and an impressive amount of compression from the small unit. I prefer the leg cuff to the knee cuff for the knee purely because the ice pack circulates right round the knee. The individual cuffs are interchangeable with the compressive unit. Athletes like the squid post surgery too, at home as it’s so easy to set yourself up - just whip the gel pack out the freezer, place inside the cuff, turn on and away you go. Easy on the move as long as you have access to a freezer. Great for active families!

I used the Squidgo following my TKR and found it absolutely invaluable. I used it at least four times a day, and it’s easily the best money I’ve spent. It was recommended by my consultant, so I decided to take the plunge—and I’m so glad I did.

Swelling control has been fantastic, it’s really easy to use, the battery life is excellent, and it’s portable so I can move around with it.

Highly recommended.

That’s three weeks we’ve been using the Squid.
Highly impressed and it’s been helping my wife no end.
I must admit putting the knee wrap on is a challenge, my wife couldn’t manage on her own, but I guess the amount of Velcro is necessary given the inflation of the wrap to offer compression.
One thought on the gel pac - could it be split into three and placed in individual pockets on the inside of the wrap?
That would dispense with the need for the fabric sleeve….
All in all, very impressed.

Great product . It would be better if the leg wrap Velcro was split into 2 or 3 straps .This would make it a lot easier to fit.

Amazing response even late out of office hours, prompt delivery, lots of good top tips. The product is prefect and working well so far.

I used a squid go on the advice of a friend after knee replacement surgery. It was soothing and easy to use and definitely helped a bit but doesn’t take all swelling away or enable more knee bending. Definitely better than just ice packs alone . It arrived very promptly and the company were very helpful.

It’s early days yet but the Squid Go system is helping significantly with pain and inflammation in my knee.

What an amazing piece of kit! My surgeon mentioned SQUID GO to me and from my initial contact with Terry and throughout his communication has been outstanding. I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to trial the new hip wrap following my total hip replacement. It is extremely easy to use and has been instrumental in speeding up my recovery, by keeping inflammation at bay and eliminating the need for any pain relief. I’m four weeks post op and already walking 5 miles a day, back on the spin bike and was cleared to drive after only 2 weeks. I feel like I have got my life back again already. I would highly recommend SQUID GO to anyone undergoing a similar procedure. Thank you SO much Terry and SQUID GO.

Yes it is expensive, but the knee relief I get after using Squid Go is fantastic. I can play racket sports more than I used to because of this product. Many thanks Terry.

Would highly recommend. A very effective treatment. I fractured my heel and chipped a piece of bone from the top of my right foot at the end of November. NHS provided a boot and crutches. I was fortunate to be able to use Squid Go almost immediately. I enjoy rowing and competing in the sport. I was able within 6 weeks to return to the sport and train with the squad. My fractures have healed well and I am pain free with no NHS follow up required. Squid Go is a great investment.

My son recently had a meniscus, ACL, tendinitis and lateral release knee operation and I was advised by the hospital to hire a Game Ready machine which was £350 per month + delivery and collect which was approx. £25 each way its also massive. Physio advised me on Squid Go and put me through to Tyras Byca. Tyras was unbelievable with his advice and options. No force selling just gave me the advice and options, once I decided he gave us a price and the speed of the delivery was brilliant. Machine has made a huge difference, pain is more manageable and instead of hiring one for a similar price I now own one. Its portable and money well spent. Thank you Tyras your customer service and advice has been exceptional. Really recommend.

I have been using the Squid Go ankle ice and compression for around 3 months.
I like that the ice pack and wrap completely envelopes my foot and ankle. That the compression gives extra benefits to my chronic swollen ankle.
The product is very easy to use. Which makes it great for daily 15min/day use

I’ve had a great experience using the SquidGo cold therapy system. It’s portable, very easy to use, and feels well made and high quality. One of the biggest advantages for me is how mobile it is — unlike the plug-in machines where you’re stuck in one place and constantly dealing with ice and water, this system allows you to move around freely and even take it to work if needed.

The only thing worth noting is that if you’ve had a major surgery and need longer, continuous cold therapy sessions, it’s a good idea to have a few extra ice packs on hand. Each pack lasts around 15–25 minutes before needing to be swapped. That said, the travel packs are very convenient and make the system easy to use anywhere.

I also want to highlight the customer service. The company has been excellent — the owner personally took the time to talk with me about the product and genuinely cares about their customers and their recovery. That level of service really stands out.

Overall, I highly recommend this product. It played a big role in my post-surgery recovery, and I’m very glad I chose it.
