SRN replaced my front door and back door got to give the fitters 10/10 excellent finish i would highly recommend this company

From start to finish this company were fantastic. They explained everything clearly and listened to what I wanted and helped me along the journey. They came when they were supposed to and did an amazing job of my windows, they use the best materials and were very polite and professional. Would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Great experience with this company , from initial contact with sales team and then to the surveyor and finally the installation team. All of my contacts with them was really positive, the windows were excellent quality and expertly fitted , excellent job all round, I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent from start to finish. Sales/estimator was not pushing for immediate signature as I wanted an opportunity to check reviews before signing, I’d have been reluctant if salesman had been pushy. Measuring done really carefully meaning the windows had minimal fill-ins around perimeter. Fitters were qualified joiners, did a fantastic job, clean and extremely professional. Finish on sills and facings really slick, windows look and feel really sturdy. I’ve noticed a huge difference in heat retention since installation. I could’ve got a cheaper price elsewhere but doubt very much the experience or product would’ve been anything like as good. Worth every penny.

Great customer service from start to finish excellent . Everyone I spoke to either directly or the phone were professional,friendly and helpful.

Workmanship is to a high standard, staff turned up when they said they would. Left my property very tidy after the work was complete everything taken away.

I recently had 9 windows and 2 doors installed by SRN. Work was carried out to a very high standard, tidily and to the stated schedule. Installers Campbell, Chris and Derek worked hard and were friendly.
The sales, admin and surveyor team were also very helpful during the entire process.

Joseph came to my house and went over the products extremely well, all the new tech was shown and I was extremely impressed. No pressure to buy but I absolutely did buy.
Guys came when snow was still here, they worked brilliant together, everything was done to the highest standards and I love all my new windows and doors. Cannot highly recommend this company enough. We recently contacted the team for a quote for new windows in our house, and from start to finish they were absolutely brilliant. The sales team were really helpful, followed by a very knowledgeable gentleman who knew every in and out of window safety (who knew there were so many decisions to make when choosing windows!).

The fitters were friendly, punctual, and completed the job in just a day and a half — fitting 8 windows — which was impressive. They left everything clean and tidy once finished. We’re really pleased with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My mum recently had new windows fitted by this company & they are great. The quality of the workmanship is fantastic, they look amazing and are much more insulated than her previous windows. Apart from the actual job, we couldn’t rate them highly enough for their service. The team were friendly, helpful, informative, punctual and provided good value too. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I paid SRN Home Improvements a deposit of £699 on the 28th October 2025 for new windows in my flat. I decided to cancel my order within the 14 day period and notified the company by email and by sending the paperwork back. Today, the 19th December, I just received my bank statement and discovered that the company had still not refunded my deposit. I have two big bills to pay and I needed the £699 to pay these. I sent an email to the company complaining about their failure to return my deposit but all I got was an automatic response informing me that they were closed for Christmas and New Year. This year has been the worst of my life and now I am having to deal with the stress and worry of having bills to pay that I cannot and the even bigger worry of whether I am ever going to get my £699 deposit returned. It is not right to treat people like this. I have had three quotes for new windows that were less than what SRN quoted so my advice is beware of this company.
