New windows and front door installed. Quality was a massive upgrade from the old ones. All staff were helpful and friendly, from sales, surveyor and installers. The 2 installers arrived on time and completed the work very well with no mess. Would definitely recommend SRN to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

New windows feel like a step up from the old. Chrome handle operation smooth and precise. Hardwood surrounds installed perfectly. Fitted by 2 skilled, polite, punctual tradesmen. Minimal disruption whilst fitting and thoroughly cleaned when completed.
Extremely happy with all aspects of installation and confident to recommend to friends and family.

This is my third time using SRN. We have had a front door, windows and this time we installed roofline.
The roofline was installed by Andrew and Gary and they done a fantastic job of it. SRN are a great company to deal with from start to finish and any issues are sorted promptly, l have no hesitation in recommending them.

My window install. The lads arrived in the early afternoon and from the outset were professional and courteous. They got to work straight away and within half an hour both the windows were out and they were prepping the new windows to go in. Although they made a mess whilst they were working, afterwards they did a great job of clearing up and hoovering the areas affected, I was well impressed. All in all, Andy and his partner were fantastic. The job was done within 4 hours and the results are amazing. Would definitely recommend this company to instal windows and I will be using them again to finish off my house. Very happy customer

Knowledgeable staff especially the surveyor who explained the process from sales to fitting. Measurements were expertly taken and any adjustments which needed to be made were explained in detail. Company was easy to deal with good communication.

All the lads were very polite and courteous in fact a joy to have about the place and such a clean &professional service So much so our neighbours commented on the work ethics of the fitters

We were very pleased with with the "boys" courteous, professional and friendly approach. Donna has been helping me to select glass for the door, nothing has been too much trouble. From my 1st appointment to completion, my experience with this company has been very straight forward. Clear explanations of the work I wanted carried out. Good choice of styles/colours. Price was confirmed, no hidden extras. Follow up appointment to measure all windows and doors and a date for installation agreed. The workmen arrived on schedule, even though Scotland was hit by a storm! Team were polite, tidy and just got on with the job. Tidied up at end of the day, took old windows and doors away. Again, punctual on day 2, polite and finished the job to a high standard. All mess and rubbish removed. No complaints at all. Pleasure to do business with them.
