More accuracy with RPE
Been using and testing stance for about 2 months now. I have really enjoyed it. It has allowed me to more accurately gauge my RPE and intensity.
I have used it mainly for powerlifting, but have also experimented with it for speed/power. It can be used for both styles of training. The guys seem to be working hard at developing it.
Only thing I would say is I think velocity tracking is probably for more intermediate and advanced trainees. I think if you are a beginner, you will definitely need a coach to help and guide you. Or read around quite a bit so you understand how to use velocity based tracking alongside RPE.
