Great service, and great products, we ordered a size 16 awning that was delivered within two days, due to a Royal Mail problem we were missing the flooring that was included, a lovely chap rectified this swiftly and we received the flooring a couple of days later, and received two free thermal cups as a good will gesture. A cracking company with fantastic customer service, highly recommended.

Purchased a size 16 roof liner for my awning I had never used a liner before so had no idea how to fit it,but no problem got in touch with dimo from startart and he helped me with the correct fitting instructions and nothing was to much trouble can't thank them enough for the help,and would recommend standart great aftersales service thank you

Sent in a few pictures of the old awning and got an estimate of value. The new awning was delivered on time and the old one collected. Slight delay in getting a final valuation due to the weather but delighted with the offer which was paid the same day.

We've ordered awning and cover from Dimo who has been a pleasure to deal with. He asks right questions and delivers the goods. Waiting on awning now but he has all correct information so shouldn't be an issue had small issue with cover but resolved in minutes with an apology and new one sent out. I called the office and discussed my requirements on what chairs we required and that we would like to purchase two which we reached an agreement on price and that they were in stock and they were very helpful and the chairs arrived 2 days later by FedEx so what a fantastic service from start to finish and i would highly recommend Stand-Art to anyone

Very helpful when suggesting available awnings within my budget. Once purchased, delivery was very quick and well communicated.

Excellent aftercare, even video called on a Saturday morning when I was having an issue with the first time setup. Even continued to send me helpful advice once setup, helping me to get the setup perfect.

Traded my old awning in with Standart, collection was arranged at a time to suit me. After collection, a very fair offer was made for my awning, which was paid to me straight after accepting the offer.
