What is to say. You order something expecting quality and that is what I got. Delivery 3-5 days I usually get it in 2. No issues what so ever.

The pouches work perfectly for my food storage application. Strong construction and easy to seal.

The customer service was great and my order arrived promptly. I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel the stand up pouches get a little wrinkled after they are filled and they don't look as professional as expected. Also, I think that the way they are packaged creates some ridges on the package that makes it look like the package is broken or perforated.

This company gave me 4-5 samples nearly, immediately, and from that selection I was able to the packaging for my first two products, in less than a few days. They are quick, prompt, and a quality service, by not as much as their priced though. I would invest in it more, if it weren't for their costs. The clear stand up pouches I ordered have a great clear front view and are very great for starting up. But they do smash easily if you are not careful with storage. Keep that in mind when choosing the packaging, but overall, this is a great, prompt, company, and I would recommend it to nearly any start up.

Fast delivery, great product

I received the wrong pouches and was frustrated the pouches I had ordered were not shipped out as soon as I called in the mistake. They were only shipped out once the carrier had scanned in the return label from the labels I was returning. The pouches I needed were not rush shipped and I was almost in the position of not being able to fill orders, and I was prettyunsatisfied with how it was handled.

Working with ABC Packaging was the best experience I've ever had in my 13 years of running my own business. The communication every step of the way was incredible. Our sales rep Melissa was awesome, the shipping department was always on top of everything and my designer worked very well with the ABC art department contacts. This review absolutely deserves 5 stars. Very well done - look forward to working with this company for years to come. I have to be honest and say that I'm not a big review guy; but when a group hits it out of the park like ABC with our 1st ever order with them, it's deserved. Thanks for a job well done!
