StandUpPouches.net Reviews

Prompt service. Product as expected.

Excellent customer service. Fast and knowledgeable staff.

Just what I've been looking for! I've been looking for packaging my wholesale herbs and botanicals and had tried some of the lowest price popular vendors on Amazon and Ebay. What a mistake. Not only do they cost more they're very thin. I was plagued by complaints of packaging splitting open during shipping. These are great quality, very thick and sturdy, look beautiful, and hold up to the rigors of shipping in a single padded envelope. Best of all they cost less then poorly made options. Save yourself some effort just start with this company. Thanks, StandUpPouches.net.

Great bags at fair prices and manageable quantities for a small business. I ordered 5lbs square bottom kraft bags for my coffee roasting company, to use for wholesale client orders. They are sturdy and easy to work with - my clients seem to enjoy the zipper a lot. The customer service was terrific! When I placed my order there was a back order, and they were in constant communication with me regarding the ship date as they were direct shipping to me (they advised that they were moving to a new facility and backorders would not occur again). Regardless, things happen, and they were extremely supportive in this case. Again I must stress that I appreciate the manageable order quantities. Cash flow is important for any business, and having the ability to order a couple hundred bags at a time, instead of thousands was one reason I decided to work with standuppouches. I will order again.

Dave and the whole team at StandUpPouches is amazing to work with. They really know their stuff and deliver on-time and above exceptions. Our company has been in business since 1958 and in that time we have worked with a lot of different packaging companies - and the StandUpPouch team shines above the rest. And don't let the name fool you, they do WAY more than just stand up pouches. They can do it all.

I love how the pouches are giving my product a better, more professional presentation. The quality is great and I can be assured my customers will be getting the freshness they deserve.

Easily helped us with finding the right bags for our end use.....delivery was quick as well.

The pouches are of great quality and always arrive quickly.

Fast friendly service and great products.

They provide samples and certainly prompt delivery!

Great quality and support amidst a sea of competitors who cannot deliver the same service or products!

We are still in the planning stages. We are trying to find a fully recyclable (green packaging) to minimize waste for us & our customers.

Nothing to complain about. So why not praise them. Paid the extra money for rush services and got exactly what I wanted, when I needed it and will keep my account active for future use!

The natural pouch will work perfectly for a product I have in mind. I will definitely follow up on the on the samples .

Ziplock falls off when opening pouch the very first time. Tried it on 15+ Pouches so it's not a fluke. I like the pouch not the ziplock.

Ordering was simple. Shipping was fast. Product met expectations - is very nice and sealed very well with my impulse sealer.

Good pricing, quick shipment, quality product.

Very good quality bags at a very good price! Very happy with my purchase!

I requested a quote which I got a couple days later but then I asked about shipping from China and asked for a quote on that and they've never responded since.
