I was all set to start using Stannp. But then after I had taken advantage of their reach out call to explain how the system works twice, was refused a third call. So there's a limit to the amount of times you'll explain things? It's absurd that customer care isn't offered as an as you need it basis. there were certain questions and issues I had that had not been covered. Don't use these people.

Ross was very attentive and supportive during trial onboarding.

I have been using Stannp for about a year. It has taken a lot of hassle out of postal mailings which are getting more expensive every year. For a small business (music band) we don't have a huge amount of time in the office so for them to be able to print nd send and manage the whole mailing for the same price as just stamps is incredible.

I love this service! You guys are amazing and do a great job I have ordered it every year for about 5 years for my Christmas cards and they do a great job! by far the best price and quality it has saved me about 100£ every year sending cards to the UK and the USA from one convenient service. Also its easy to speak to a real person, the AI Lucy helps with simple questions but the staff (shout out to Rob and Nico!) steps in when she's struggling and they do a fantastic job! I am so pleased.

Great ongoing customer service support! Nico has been a godsend in terms of ensuring campaigns have been sent on time and the results are coming so i cant complain! Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely Amazing!

Customer service was engaging and the emails were responded to quickly to answer all my questions in a manner that was clear and understandable, with no jargon.
Step by step instructions were provided along with the answers where applicable, without me having to then email again to ask for how to do what they recommend.

To be honest, Jordan Jones was so friendly and efficient in answering my questions and the price was at a level that I found acceptable that I didn't even bother shopping round as I would normally have done.

The platform is nice to look at and user friendly.

Really, the customer service is far beyond any other from anywhere that I have received, even better than I offer to my own customers 😅

Quick and friendly responses! Every chat support I've talked to was very helpful with my concerns and made sure I got the support I needed. Great service and easy to talk to, highly recommended!

I am deeply disappointed with the platform’s accuracy and the presence of numerous bugs. Despite using it on several occasions, I consistently encountered various issues. Regrettably, the customer service provided was inadequate and failed to assume any responsibility for the problems. Consequently, I spent over £1,000 on the platform, which ultimately proved to be a waste of money.

My company use Stannp's direct mail service for thousands of letters/postcards each year. We moved to Stannp from using another company and the user interface is much more advanced and easy to use. Great customer service too.

Mostly terrible website. Took me over 45 minutes to create a recipient list (update: just 5 recipients), then gave me no option to send my attached letter! The vast majority of people do not use spreadsheets, so we need to move with the times... I don't want difficult, confusing, slow or tricky!

I was tasked with sending out Christmas cards to our service users for our 4 care at home services all across Scotland. Last year, doing so was so time consuming and everything went wrong. The Stannp platform is so easy to navigate, the customer service from Ross is 10/10 and the fact that they print and post your cards for you is a god send, all at such a reasonable price. We will definitely continue to use Stannp. Thank you so much!
